Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 1st May 2025 to 1st August 2025 and is open to all customers.
  2. This promotion entitles eligible customers to participate in the Metropolitan Hot Wing Challenge for £7, which includes 7 hot wings that must be fully eaten within 7 minutes.
  3. Participants must not consume any drinks during the 7-minute challenge and must remain seated at the table for the full duration. Leaving the table or consuming a drink will result in disqualification.
  4. Customers who successfully complete the challenge will receive:
    A Polaroid photo displayed on the venue’s Wall of Fame
    The wings free of charge (the £7 entry fee will be refunded)
  5. The promotion is available at Empire Casino London (excluding Dovetail Bar), Alea Nottingham, Alea Glasgow, and Manchester 235 Casino, but is not applicable in James Martin Manchester 235 or Marco Pierre White Alea Nottingham.
  6. Participation is strictly limited to one attempt per customer per day, and the challenge must be completed in one continuous sitting without breaks or assistance.
  7. To redeem, customers must pay the £7 entry fee in advance before commencing the challenge. Payment is non-refundable once the challenge has begun, except in cases where the challenge is successfully completed.
  8. Customers understand that their Polaroid photo may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Metropolitan Gaming, both in-venue and online.
  9. By participating, customers grant full permission for their image to be used by Metropolitan Gaming for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across all platforms without additional consent or compensation, unless they explicitly opt out at the time of registration.
  10. The offer is available Monday to Sunday, during kitchen opening hours, subject to availability.
  11. Management reserves the right to disqualify any participant for failure to comply with the rules, inappropriate behaviour, or suspected misuse.
  12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the customer of these terms and conditions.
  13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the attention of the Venue Management for immediate resolution.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. Where customers have already registered for the challenge, they will be entitled to complete it under the original terms, subject to availability and any other conditions stated.
  15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  16. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in disqualification or forfeiture of any associated benefits.
