Olga's Birthday Celebration

1. The event will take place on Saturday 17 May 2025 from 7pm and is open exclusively to Ace, King, and Queen tier Metropolitan Rewards Card holders who have been invited by the Customer Relations Executive.
2. Attendance is by invitation only. Walk-ins will not be permitted. The party is limited to 60 attendees.
3. Each invited Metropolitan Rewards Card holder will receive one prize draw ticket on entry until 8.20pm only.
4. Draws will take place at 8.30pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
5. Metropolitan Rewards Card holders must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be randomly selected from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim their prize by presenting their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes, a re-draw will take place.
6. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be clearly written on the entry ticket and verified to confirm the winner.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
8. The tombola will be emptied at the end of the night.
9. Three winners will be drawn to receive the following prizes: Ace – £150 Free Play, King – £100 Free Play, and Queen – £50 Free Play.
10. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. Any complaints or disputes should be directed immediately to Venue Management for resolution.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. Participants who have already qualified will be entitled to participate under the original terms (subject to any expiry or other conditions stated herein) and receive any associated benefits.
13. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, and their families or household members are not permitted to participate in this promotion.
14. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of prizes at the discretion of Management.
