Elite Mega Spins

1. The promotion will run Tuesday and Fridays from 6 May to 30 May 2025 and is only open to Ace, King and Queen Metropolitan Rewards members.
2. Customers are eligible for one spin per day on the DigiWheel during the promotional period, available between 6pm and 8pm each event.
3. Prizes available on the DigiWheel include:
3.1. Free Play: £5, £10, £20, or £50.
3.2. Match Play: £5, £10, £20, or £50.
4. Free Play and Match Play prizes must be redeemed at the same venue where the prize was awarded.
5. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
6. Match Play-Valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
6.1. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
6.2. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
6.3. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
6.4. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
6.5. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
7. Match Play voucher to be played directly on live gaming tables or to be exchanged at Cash Desk for a promotional ticket to use on Slots and Electronics when the same value wager as stated on the Match Play voucher is presented. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
8. One voucher per person per day.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
10. A free bet voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
11. The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
