Terms & Conditions

The promotion will take place between Tuesday 1 – Sunday 6 April 2025 and is only open to Sportsman Metropolitan Rewards members.
Prize draw tickets are distributed between Tuesday 1 April 12noon until Sunday 6 April, 11.50pm to all Sportsman Metropolitan Rewards holders with valid Email/SMS opt-in upon entry at the Reception, limited to one ticket per customer per day.
The top 10 players from each: Tables, Slots and Electronics who have earned the most Metropolitan Reward Points from Tuesday - Saturday on the week of the event will be eligible to receive 5 extra prize draw entries. These entries can be collected at reception from 6pm on the day of the draw.
The 30 players who have qualified through leader-boards to receive the extra 5 prize draw entries will be displayed next to the tombola and at reception on the day of the draw.
Draws will take place on Sunday 6 April at 9pm, 9:30pm, 10pm, 11pm and midnight, and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
The Metropolitan Rewards member name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
The tombola will be cleared at the end of the final draw.
Two winners will be drawn from the tombola at each draw time as follows:

9pm Draw – £200 in Free Play

9:30pm Draw – £200 in Free Play

10pm Draw – £450 in Free Play

11pmDraw- £450 in Free Play

12am Draw – £1,000 in Free Play
One prize per customer only.
Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for cash or wheel chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
On roulette non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and a maximum of 24 numbers may be played on any individual spin.
Dealers at the gaming tables will exercise diligence in ensuring the maximum regarding non-negotiable chips placement are followed. However, it is ultimately the player's responsibility to ensure these maximums are not exceeded.
Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in the Eid event promotional activity.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
