Terms & Conditions

  1. This event will take place on Thursday 8th May 2025 from 8pm until 12am and is open to all customers.
  2. Customers can collect a ticket to spin the wheel from 8pm until 11:45pm from reception.
  3. From 10pm to midnight, each guest will have the chance to spin the prize wheel, the wheel will consist of 54 segments with the following prize: 12 x Unlucky, 10 x Glasses of bubbly, 12 x £10 Free Play, 9 x £20 Free Play, 7 x £40 Free Play , 2 x £100 Free Play, 2 x £250 Free Play.
  4. Free Play can be redeemed in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables.
  5. If the customer wins a glass of bubbly, they can redeem it using a voucher at the main bar. Customers who prefer not to consume alcohol can request a non-alcoholic beverage as an alternative. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for cash or wheel chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  6. Only one spin per customer.
  7. Only one prize per customer.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  9. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in this promotional activity.
  10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  14. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
