British Poker Series £40K Weekender

1. The British Poker Series BPS Weekender Main Event Tournament will run between 28 May and 1 June 2025 and is open to all customers.
2. Registration will be open at the Poker Desk 1 hour prior to the commencement of the tournament at 6pm on Day 1A and Day 1B, at 5pm on Day 1C, at 1pm on Day 1D, at 6pm on Day 1E, at 10am on Day 1F and at 1:30pm on Day 1G

• Day 1A: Wednesday 28 May, 7pm
• Day 1B: Thursday 29 May, 7pm
• Day 1C: Friday 30 May, 6pm
• Day 1D Saturday 31 May, 2pm
• Day 1E FAST: Saturday 31 May, 7pm
• Day 1F TURBO: Sunday 1 June, 11am
• Day 1G HYPER: Sunday 1 June, 2:30pm
• Day 2 FINAL: Sunday 1 June, 5:30pm

3. Each entrant must register at the Poker Desk prior to the commencement of the tournament. All start times are published on the schedule. Registration opens 1 hour prior to the commencement of the tournament. Details of the applicable registration process will be on display in the Poker Room and Reception area
4. There is no registrations available for Day 2.
5. Late registrations must be registered before the end of the break after level 12.
6. All entrants must pay the entrance fee of £150 (£125 buy-in and £25 registration) prior to the commencement of play
7. Prior to the commencement of the tournament 25,000 starting stack of chips will be placed on the table for each paid entrant. Pre-registered entrants will have a bonus 3,000 chips placed with their starting stack for the flight registered for.
8. A starting stack of chips will be placed in a seat to accommodate late entrants (so all antes and blinds have been appropriately paid). Any unsold seat/s will have such a stack removed at the end of the rebuy period unless otherwise stated.
9. Unlimited re-entries will be permitted for the specified late registration period of the tournament but will be relocated to another table if possible. A re-entry will need to join an existing alternate list and is not seated as a re-buy. They will be seated as close to the big blind as possible if being seated manually, or seated randomly if such a system is in place (i.e., seating cards or a digital seating system). Registration fees will apply for all re-entries.
10. All MG Poker Tournaments are governed by the Tournament Rules displayed in the Poker Room and are available on request.
11. Tournament Director’s decision is final.
12. Completed competition guarantees a £40,000 prize pool.
13. All completed Prize Pools will be subject to a deduction of 3% prior to displaying the Prizes; this is to be retained by Manchester 235 to cover staffing and other costs.
14. All prize money will be paid out to players in cash as per the pay-out structure available from the Poker Desk/communicated in the Card Room.
15. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
16. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
18. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
19. Disregard or failure to meet any of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
