Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run Sundays to Thursdays from 05 to 26 January 2025 and is open to Met Card holders only.
  2. There will be four scheduled timings to attempt ‘cracking the code’ to the safe throughout each day: 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and 10pm.
  3. All Met Card customers who are present in the casino at the scheduled times will be given the opportunity to join a queue to attempt to crack the code, the queue will close 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
  4. Customers may have 1 attempt at guessing the code per time slot. They can then try again during the next scheduled time slot. Maximum 4 guesses per day.
  5. To win £1,000 cash, the customer must enter the correct code into the keypad.
  6. If the code hasn’t been guessed, one digit will be revealed from the code at the end of each week. If the prize is still not won by the last day of the promotion (Sunday 26 January) the 4th digit will be revealed, if the prize is not won by the last time slot on that day (10pm) guesses will continue until code is cracked and prize is won.
  7. If the code is guessed correctly within the first 3 weeks of the promotion, the £1000 free play will be awarded and then replenished, if the code is guessed correctly in the final week the crack the safe element of the promotion will end, but the prize draw will still be held on the last Sunday of the promotion
  8. Each customer with an incorrect guess at the code will be handed a prize draw ticket to place into the tombola, next to the safe, max 4 entries per day.
  9. Customers must place their own ticket into the draw.
  10. Prize draw will take place at 9pm each Sunday during the promotional period. Tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  11. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  12. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  13. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  14. The tombola will be cleared after each draw
  15. One winner per week will be pulled from the tombola to win £250 Free Play
  16. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Crack the code promotional activity.
  17. A free play voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
  18. The voucher can be exchanged for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots and Electronics
  19. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out
  20. One Voucher per person per day.
  21. The promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced.
  22. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted
  23. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  24. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  25. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  26. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  27. Disregard or failure to meet any of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
