Festive Prize Draw

1. The promotion will run from 15 to 24 December 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Reward Card Holders
2. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
3. Tickets will be issued to customers playing live tables, slots, or electronic machines hourly from 6pm to 11pm.
4. The first daily prize draw will take place daily at 8pm and the second daily prize draw will take place at 11pm. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
5. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. The winner will be chosen at random from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize. Should the winner not present themselves within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place until a winner is declared.
6. The Metropolitan Reward Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
7. The tombola will be cleared every night after the second draw.
8. A player may win more than once.
9. Players will invited to choose a card from the display board and their prize will be printed on the reverse. 10. Prizes will be awarded immediately by the duty manager.
11. Free Play vouchers can be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics on the night.
12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
13. Promotional tickets are valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
14. Manager’s decision is final, and no cash alternative is available.
15. Leisure Card holders are excluded from participating in 12 Days of Christmas promotional activity.
16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
