Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 1 - 31 March 2025 and is only open Metropolitan Rewards Members, who have qualified for the Slots Club.
  2. To qualify for the Slots Club, customers need to be one of the top 50 customers who earned the highest number of Met Points whilst playing Slot Machines between 1 October to 31 December 2024 the list of top 50 customers will be refreshed every 3 months.
  3. The promotional period is divided as follows: Week 1: 01 – 09 March 2025, Week 2: 10 – 16 March 2025, Week 3: 17 – 23 March 2025, Week 4: 24 – 31 March 2025.
  4. Eligible players must present £25 cash to Cash Desk in exchange for a £50 promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics only. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  5. Monthly offers, complimentary parking and refreshments are only available to the card holder unless otherwise stated.
  6. One £25 Match Play can be claimed per person per week. A maximum of £100 in Match Play can be claimed during the promotional period.
  7. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
  8. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  9. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  11. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  12. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
