Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 1 February 2025 to 31 March 2025 and is open to all customers.
  2. The offer includes Steak and chips and a £5 free bet.
  3. The Steak, Chips and Bet offer is available to purchase at the bar from Monday – Friday between 5pm to 10pm. Subject to availability
  4. To receive the free bet, the customer receipt needs to be validated at the Cash desk.
  5. The offer can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the day of the purchase.
  6. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  7. No cash alternative is available.
  8. One voucher per person per day.
  9. Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  10. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Metropolitan Reward discounts do not apply.
  11. Leisure Card Customers are excluded from participating in the Steak, chips and Bet promotional activity.
  12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  16. Disregard or failure to meet any of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
