Terms & Conditions

  1. The event will take place on the last Thursday of every month from 24 April 2025 – 26 June 2025 and is only open to invited Ace, King and Queen Metropolitan Reward Card Holders. 
  2. The event will be hosted in Marco Pierre White Restaurant with Senior Management.
  3. Customers will be required to pre-book for the event, limited to 10 customers and a guest on a first come first served basis.
  4. Attending Ace, King and Queen customers will each receive one prize draw entry upon arrival.
  5. Draws will take place at 9pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  6. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their Metropolitan Rewards card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  7. The Metropolitan Reward Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  9. The tombola will be cleared after the draw.
  10. Three winners will be drawn from the tombola and will win the following for use on the night:
    1. 1st ticket drawn - £200 Free Play
    2. 2nd ticket drawn - £100 Free Play
    3. 3rd ticket drawn - £50 Free Play
  11. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics.
  12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  13. Promotional tickets – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  14. Limited to one prize per customer.
  15. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  16. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  18. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  19. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
