Summary of Key Changes

The Scratch Card distribution mechanic on Slots and Electronics has been updated as follows:

• Scratch Cards will now be issued on the hour, every hour to customers actively playing on Slots or Electronic Roulette machines.
• The issuing will be limited to one Scratch Card per customer per hour and a maximum of two Scratch Cards per customer per day.
• The Hot Seats random selection mechanic has been temporarily removed due to the current system issue.
• The £50 turnover qualification has been removed, as this is linked to the Hot Seats functionality.

Scratch Card

1. The promotion will run from 3rd April to 13th April 2026 and is open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders only.
2. The promotion will run at Empire Casino, The Sportsman Casino, Alea Nottingham, Manchester235 and Alea Glasgow casinos.
3. Scratch Cards can be collected between 2pm – 2am (2pm – 10pm at Alea Glasgow) through qualifying activity on live gaming tables as follows:
• Blackjack – “Blackjack Bonus” - one Scratch Card can be claimed when a player is dealt any suited Blackjack hand.
• American Roulette – ‘Twice in a Row’: One Scratch Card can be claimed by every player with an active bet when the same number lands twice consecutively on the roulette wheel. This event will only qualify once per sequence. If the same number continues to land consecutively beyond two spins, no additional Scratch Cards will be issued until the sequence is broken and a new qualifying sequence begins.
• Punto Banco – “Egalité” - one Scratch Card can be claimed when a player wins on any Egalité bet.
• Three Card Poker – “Top Payouts” - one Scratch Card can be claimed when a player is dealt either a Three of a Kind or a Straight Flush.
4. Scratch Cards will be issued on Slots and Electronic Roulette on the hour, every hour, between 2pm and 2am (2pm – 10pm at Alea Glasgow) to customers actively playing on Slots or Electronic Roulette machines at the time of distribution. A maximum of one (1) Scratch Card per customer per hour may be issued, with a maximum of two (2) Scratch Cards per customer per day.
5. Customers will also receive one Scratch Card when spending £20 or more on food and drink during the promotional period, timings vary in each venue, based on Bar or Restaurant opening hours (excludes: Dovetail Bar at Empire Casino, Marco Pierre White Restaurant at Alea Nottingham, James Martin Restaurant at Manchester235 and Arena Marble Arch Restaurant at Sportsman Casino).
6. Each Scratch Card will reveal one of the following outcomes:
• No Win – no prize awarded.
• Spin on the Wheel – one spin on the promotional prize wheel.
• Prize Draw Entry – entry into the final prize draw.
7. A total of 15,000 Scratch Cards will be produced for this promotion. The allocation of Scratch Cards and outcomes per venue is as follows:
Empire Casino: 5,000 Scratch Cards comprising 2,000 ‘No Win’, 1,500 ‘Spin on the Wheel’, and 1,500 ‘Prize Draw Entry’.
The Sportsman Casino, Alea Nottingham, Manchester235 and Alea Glasgow: 2,000 Scratch Cards per venue, each comprising 800 ‘No Win’, 600 ‘Spin on the Wheel’, and 600 ‘Prize Draw Entry’.
8. Scratch Cards are issued randomly and while stocks last.
9. Scratch Cards must be presented to a member of staff to claim any prize (redemption timings may vary by venue: Empire Casino – 3pm - 4pm & 8pm - 9pm, The Sportsman Casino – 7pm – 11pm, Alea Nottingham – 6pm – 8pm, Manchester235 – 2pm – 2am (presented to the venue Management) and Alea Glasgow – 3pm - 4pm or 8pm – 10pm).10. The promotional digital prize wheel at Empire Casino, The Sportsman Casino, Alea Nottingham and Alea Glasgow casinos will consist of 54 segments with Prizes as follows:£10 Free Play - 8, £25 Free Play - 5, £50 Free Play - 2, £100 Free Play - 1, £25 Match Play - 3, £50 Match Play - 1, 4,000 Metropolitan Reward Points - 9, 6,000 Metropolitan Reward Points - 7, 8,000 Metropolitan Reward Points - 3, £10 F&B Voucher - 9, £20 F&B Voucher - 6.11. The promotional prize wheel at Manchester235 Casino will consist of 16 segments with prizes as follows: £25 Free Play – 1, £50 Free Play – 1, £100 Free Play – 1, £25 Match Play – 1, £50 Match Play – 1, 4,000 Metropolitan Reward Points – 3, 6,000 Metropolitan Reward Points – 2, 8,000 Metropolitan Reward Points – 1, £10 F&B Voucher – 3, £20 F&B Voucher – 2.
12. The outcome of each spin is final. The prize awarded will be the prize indicated by the wheel at the end of the spin.
13. Prizes and redemption are as follows:
• Free Play – to be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips for use on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronic machines.
• Match Play – to be played on live gaming tables and exchanged at the Cash Desk for a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronic machines when the same value wager, as stated on the Scratch Card, is presented. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
• Metropolitan Reward Points – To be handed to Guest Services or Reception; points will be credited to the member’s account within 24 hours. Standard Metropolitan Reward Points terms and conditions apply.
• F&B Vouchers – To be redeemed at the Bar or Restaurant based on opening hours (excludes Dovetail Bar at Empire Casino, Marco Pierre White Restaurant at Alea Nottingham, Arena Marble Arch Restaurant at Sportsman Casino).
14. Scratch Cards revealing “Prize Draw Entry” must be completed with the customer’s name and membership number and placed into the designated tombola in venue.
15. Scratch Card prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
16. Metropolitan Reward Points, Free Play and Match Play prizes are only available to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders. Customers must be registered members to claim and redeem these prizes.
17. All Scratch Cards must be redeemed by 8pm on Monday 13th April 2026, unless otherwise stated.
18. Leisure Card holders are excluded from participating in this promotional activity.
19. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
20. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
22. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
23. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Final Prize Draw

1. The prize draw will run from 3rd April to 13th April 2026 and is open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders only.
2. Scratch Cards revealing “Prize Draw Entry” will act as the official entry ticket.
3. The draw will take place on Monday 13th April 2026 at 8pm. Entry tickets must be placed into the tombola no later than 7:50pm.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be selected at random and will have two (2) minutes to claim their prize by presenting their Metropolitan Rewards Card. Failure to claim within this time will result in a re-draw.
5. The member’s name and membership number must be clearly displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the prize to be awarded.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen. Duplicate, photocopied, or altered entries will not be accepted.
7. The tombola will be cleared once all winning tickets have been drawn.
8. Prize Draw Prizes:
• 1st Prize – £1,000 Free Play
• 2nd Prize – £500 Free Play
• 3rd Prize – £250 Free Play
9. Customers can win only once. If the same customer is drawn more than once, a re-draw will take place.
10. Free Play prizes must be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips for use on live table games or as promotional funds on Slots or Electronic machines.
11. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winnings will be paid in cash chips. Partnership betting is not permitted.
12. Promotional funds must be fully wagered before cashing out.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
