Join us for Higher or Lower from 8 September to 6 October.
Collect your prize draw ticket every day with your Metropolitan Rewards Card to be entered into our prize draws from 15 September , every Monday at 7pm, when three tickets are drawn.
If you have one of the winning tickets you get the chance to play the Higher or Lower game.
Successfully guess higher or lower for each of the six cards.
For each card that is correctly guessed higher or lower, the winner will receive £20 and up to £100 in Free Play in total.

1. This promotion will run from 8 September – 6 October 2025 and is open to all Metropolitan Rewards members.
2. Metropolitan Rewards members can collect their free prize draw tickets daily at Reception from 12pm-6.45pm, limited to one ticket per day, per customer.
3. Draw will take place Mondays from 15 September at 7pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
5. The customers name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
7. The tombola will be cleared after the draw.
8. Three winners will be drawn from the tombola and will win £20 in Free Play for each card out of five remaining cards correctly guessed as higher or lower than the previous revealed card. Customer can only win once per draw.
a. Two is the lowest card with Ace being the highest, face cards King higher than Queen, Queen higher than Jack and Jack higher than 10s.
b. There is no win for pairs and will end the game.
c. Incorrect guess ends the game.
d. Landing on a Joker will end the game.
9. A maximum of £100 in Free Play can be won by each winner. Customer can only win once per draw. If same customer is drawn, redraw takes place.
10. Proxy play is not permitted.
11. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the night won.
12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
13. Leisure customers are excluded from participating in the Higher or Lower promotional activity.
14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
17. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
18. Disregard or failure of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
