How You Qualified

Qualification is based on your play during the previous calendar month. To secure your spot, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be a Metropolitan Rewards Card holder.
  • You must have actively played Slot machines last month.
  • We must be able to contact you via your preferred channel (email or SMS).
  • You must rank within the Top 100 Slots Players at your Home Casino.

Summary of Key Changes (Effective from 6th March 2026)

The prize wheel segments have been updated as follows:

  • The “No Win” segment has been removed from the prize wheel.
  • The number of £25 Free Play segments has been increased from 8 to 12.
  • The number of £50 Free Play segments has been increased from 5 to 9.
  • As a result, the overall distribution of prizes has been revised.

These changes have been implemented to enhance the overall customer experience and increase the likelihood of winning a prize.
