Aristocrat NFL Tickets Giveaway

1. This promotion is open to all Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and will run from 10 to 17 October 2025.
2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Metropolitan Rewards Card inserted into an Aristocrat Machine during play.
3. To qualify for a digital draw entry, a minimum turnover of £20 during a gaming session on Aristocrat slot machines is required within the promotional period.
4. Entries are limited to one digital draw entry per customer per day.
5. On Friday 17 October from 5pm, two winners will be digitally drawn to each win two tickets to see NFL at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 19 October.
6. Limited to one prize per customer. Should the same winner be drawn a second time, a re-draw will take place.
7. Winners will be contacted via their preferred method of contact on Friday 17 October if they are opted into marketing communications and sent their digital tickets.
8. Guests who are not opted into marketing communications can verify if they have won by emailing Events@thecasinolsq.com by Saturday 18 October.
9. Guests who were not drawn will be sent a QR Code to scan at Cash Desk, which entitles them to a £10 Free Play consolation prize.
10. The £10 Free Play consolation prize must be redeemed by Sunday 16 November 2025.
11. Free Play can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk and not directly on tables.
12. Free Play can only be exchanged for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots and Electronics.
13. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
14. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
15. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards card holders are excluded from participating in the Aristocrat NFL Ticket Giveaway activity.
16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria, they will be entitled to participate on the terms entered (subject to expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any associated benefits.
19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.

Aristocrat NFL Free Play Offer

1. This promotion will run from 10 to 17 October 2025 and is open to all Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
2. Customers can earn a £5 Promotional Ticket to play on Aristocrat Machines for every food and drink purchase of £20 or more made in Kings Sports Bar during the listed NFL games.
3. The following NFL games will be shown in Kings Sports Bar during the promotional period:
3a. Sunday 12 October – Jets vs Broncos, Buccaneers vs 49ers, Jaguars vs Seahawks, Dolphins vs Chargers, Ravens vs Rams, Colts vs Cardinals, Panthers vs Cowboys, Steelers vs Browns, Raiders vs Titans, Packers vs Bengals, Saints vs Patriots
4. Only 300 x £5 promotional tickets will be available each day, issued on a first-come, first- served basis.
5. Limited to one £5 promotional ticket per qualifying transaction.
