Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 29th January 2025 to 5th February 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards members within the Jacks and Queens tiers.
  2. Customers must present their Metropolitan Rewards card at the Cash Desk to participate in the promotion.
  3. Cash match rewards are tier-specific:
  4. Jacks: Eligible for a £10 cash match.
  5. Queens: Eligible for a £20 cash match.
  6. The cash match is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots, and Electronics.
  7. Redemption terms:
    Blackjack:     The cash match can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Side bets are excluded.
    Roulette:     The cash match is valid for a single even chance bet. Vouchers can only be used on one spin.
    Slots and Electronics:     The voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  8. One match play per customer during the promotional period is permitted.
  9. This promotion is not available at The Sportsman Casino.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen, and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  11. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  16. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
