Kick off the celebrations on Monday 20 October by collecting a buffet ticket from our Lush Kiosks from 12pm and enjoy a complimentary Indian buffet at 6pm that evening.
Every day until 26 October, collect a daily draw entry ticket from our Lush Kiosks and drop it into the tombola beside the Digi Wheel.
Then on Monday 27 October at 8pm, we’ll hold a prize draw where five winners will share £2,000 in Free Play!
Terms and conditions apply, limited to Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders only. Buffet vouchers are limited to 200 maximum and will be distributed at a first come first served basis.
1. This promotion will run from 20 October – 27 October 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders.
2. Every day starting from 12.01am on Monday 20 October until Sunday 26 October at 11.59pm, guests can collect a daily prize draw entry ticket from the LUSH Kiosks.
3. Prize Draw Entry tickets printed must be dropped into the tombola next to the Digi wheel.
4. On Monday 27 October, five winners will be drawn from the tombola at 8pm to win a share of £2,000 Free Play based on draw order:
4a. 1st Winner Drawn will win £750 in Free Play voucher.
4b. 2nd Winner Drawn will win £500 in Free Play voucher.
4c. 3rd Winner Drawn will win £250 in Free Play voucher.
4e. 4th Winner Drawn will win £250 in Free Play voucher.
4f. 5th Winner Drawn will win £250 in Free Play voucher.
5.All draw entries must be dropped into the tombola by 7.30pm on the day of the draw.
6. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. The Winner will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim their prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes, a re-draw will take place.
7. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
8. A free play voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
9. A free play voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
10. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
11. Valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
12. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
13. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
14. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
15. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
16. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen, and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
18. Leisure card holders are excluded from participating in the Diwali Festival Prize Draw promotional activity.
19. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
20. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
22. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
23. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

2. Buffet Vouchers are limited to 200x and can be collected from the LUSH Kiosk from 12pm at a first come first served basis.
3. This voucher is to be redeemed at the buffet table for one serving.
4. Limited to one voucher per customer, and will be withheld once redeemed.
5. Not to be used in conjunction with any other food and drink offers.
6. No cash alternatives.
