1. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions. 4. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution. For issues relating to the FANZO app, prize fulfilment or delivery, participants must contact FANZO directly at info@fanzo.com.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
6. The promotion runs from 12:00 on Friday 15 August 2025 until 22:59 on Sunday 24 May 2026.
7. Participants must download the FANZO app, check in to a participating venue, and spin the Pint of Guinness during any UK-televised Premier League football match in the promotional period.
8. Each participant is limited to one entry per day, and all check-ins and spins must be completed before 22:59 each day.
9. Pints won must be redeemed in a participating venue and are subject to stock availability and Venue Management discretion.
10. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion. Participants must be aged 18 or over and of legal drinking age in the United Kingdom.
11. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Venue Management reserves the right to refuse redemption in line with licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol.
