Mid-Autumn Festival Scratch Card

SCRATCH CARD

1. This promotion will run from 29 September – 12 October 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
2. Scratch cards are available from the LUSH Kiosks anytime every day during the promotional period.
3. One scratch card per customer per day, scratch cards cannot be issued retrospectively.
4. On Sunday 12 October, scratch cards will be distributed until 7.30pm.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
6. A digital scratch card will appear on the kiosk, once scratched, the ticket of the prize denomination won will be printed from the kiosk.
7. Scratch Card Prizes are redeemed as follows:

a. £1,000 Free Play Ticket to be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots and Electronics.
b. Prize draw entry tickets to be dropped into the tombola next to the digital prize wheel by 7.45pm on Sunday 12 October.
c. £5 or £10 Match Play Tickets to be played directly on live gaming tables to be exchanged at Cash Desk for a promotional ticket to use on slots and electronics when the same value wager as stated on the ticket presented. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
d. Moon Cake Tickets to be exchanged at the cloakroom for a box of Moon Cakes.
e. 2,000 or 4,000 Metropolitan Rewards Points tickets to be handed to Guest services, credits will be applied within 24-hours. Normal Metropolitan Rewards Point terms apply.

8. Scratch cards cannot be issues retrospectively; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they receive their scratch card when receiving one of the winning combinations.
9. Prizes won cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
10. On Sunday 12 October at 8pm eight winners will be drawn to spin the Digi wheel to reveal the prize won.
11. The prize wheel will have 27 segments and prizes will be as follows:

1x £1,000 Free Play,
2x £750 Free Play,
4x £500 Free Play,
8x £250 Free Play,
12x £100 Free Play.
12. A free bet voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
13. The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
14. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
15. Valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
16. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
17. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
18. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
19. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
20. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
21. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted
22. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
23. All scratch card prizes must be redeemed by 8pm Sunday 12 October 2025.
24. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
25. Leisure Card holders are excluded from participating in the ‘Mid Autumn Scratch Card’ promotional activity.
26. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
27. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
29. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
30. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

COMPLIMENTARY BUFFET

1. This event will run on Monday 6 October from 6pm and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
2. Buffet Vouchers are limited to 200x and can be collected from the LUSH Kiosk from 12pm at a first come first served basis.
3. This voucher is to be redeemed at the buffet table for one serving.
4. Limited to one voucher per customer and will be withheld once redeemed.
5. Not to be used in conjunction with any other food and drink offers.
6. No cash alternatives.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
