Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 22 September to 12 October 2025 and is open to all customers.
  2. One ‘Nine Darts Throw’ ticket is earned for every food and drink purchase to the value of £20 or more in the Casino (excluding Dovetail Bar) between 12pm to midnight.
  3. Limited to one ticket per transaction.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are correctly filled out on the ticket to be confirmed as a winner.
  5. Customers who fill in their contact details and opt into Marketing Communications on the back of the ticket will be contacted on Monday 13 October at 5pm for prize redemption should they win.
  6. For customers who do not wish to be contacted or opt into Marketing Communications, they will have until 13 November 2025 to can enquire about whether they have won by emailing our events team at: events@thecasinolsq.com.
  7. Filled in tickets can be redeemed at the Kings Sports Bar with a Bar Supervisor or Manager 12pm to midnight.
  8. Once redeemed, the ‘501 Electro Darts game’ will start and guests will have the chance to throw nine darts in the attempt to accrue as high of a score as possible.
  9. An F&B Supervisor/Manager will be in attendance to supervise the attempt and calculate the score, should the score exceed 501, the outstanding amount and the score of any remaining attempts will be added on top of 501.
  10. The top scores will be recorded via a leader board in the Kings Sports Bar.
  11. On Monday 13 October, the top three highest scorers will win the following:
    11a. 1st Place – Playmaker Deluxe Package (Worth £150)
    11b. 2nd Place – Knockout Deal Package (Worth £80)
    11c. 3rd Place – Game Day Gold Package (Worth £48)
  12. In the event of a tie, placement will be determined based on the date and time scored (i.e. two customers tie at 400 points on the leader board, the first customer to achieve that score will receive the higher placement).
  13. Winners will be contacted via their preferred method of contact to organise a day to redeem their prize.
  14. Prizes won will only be valid for redemption until 13 November 2025 and can only be redeemed at the Kings Sports Bar.
  15. Customers who aren’t opted into Marketing Communications must ensure they bring a valid photo ID upon redemption to be verified as a winner.
  16. Prizes won cannot be exchanged, no cash alternatives and no change will be given.
  17. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  18. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  19. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  21. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  22. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
