Slots Tournaments

1. The promotion will run 5 – 16 July every Sunday to Thursday during afternoons and evenings.
2. The tournament is open to all Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
3. Where applicable, customers must meet the following qualification criteria in order to register for the tournament: Minimum average daily worth of £100 or more from Empire Casino or London Poker Room Slots play year to date, as of the day of the tournament they wish to enter.
4. Registration for afternoon tournaments will start on the day from 3pm; no entries will be permitted past 4pm.
5. Registration for evening tournaments will start on the day from 7pm; no entries will be permitted past 8pm.
6. The tournament is free to enter unless otherwise stated. Each participant is permitted one entry only.
7. There will be a minimum of 6 and maximum of 84 participants in each tournament.
8. If the minimum number of participants is not achieved, the tournament may be cancelled at the discretion of management.
9. To enter, participants must be present in the casino and register with the Slots hosts, Guest Services or Venue Management.
10. All tournament credits and balances have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Participants will compete on designated tournament Slots machines.
12. All participants will receive 10,000 tournament credits.
13. Participants will have two minutes to try and achieve the highest score, minimum bet of 100 and maximum bet of 500 credits per spin.
14. After all the rounds have been played, based on the participants of the tournament, all scores will be entered onto the leader board for each tournament.
15. Tournament rankings will be determined by highest score accrued on the leaderboard.
16. In the event of a tie on the final leader board results, participants who achieved the same score will be given an option to split the prize between them equally or play a full round, until such time that an outright winner is decided.
17. Venue Management reserves the right to allocate participants to specific machines.
18. The top 3 players on the leader board for each tournament will win the following prizes:
18a. 1st Place – £250 Free Play
18b. 2nd Place – £150 Free Play
18c. 3rd Place – £100 Free Play
19. In the event of a tie, customers who have achieved the same score, will be given an option to split the prize between them equally or play a full round of the allocated game, until such time that an outright winner is decided.
20. Management decisions are final.
21. Free Play can only be exchanged for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
22. Promotional tickets expire 24 hours after the date and time of issue.
23. All stakes issued through a promotional ticket must be wagered before any remaining balance can be cashed out.
24. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
25. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
27. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
28. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion.
29. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
30. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
