Welcoming the Year of the Fire Horse

1. The promotion will run from 9th to 28th February 2026 and is open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders only.
2. The promotion will run at Empire Casino, The Sportsman Casino, Metropolitan Mayfair, Park Lane Club, Alea Nottingham, Manchester 235 and Alea Glasgow casinos.
3. Scratch Cards can be collected through qualifying activity on live gaming tables, Slots or Electronic machines, and through food and drink spend.
4. Scratch Cards can be earned daily between 2pm and 2am on live gaming tables, Slots or Electronic machines when one of the following events occurs:
• Blackjack – “Blackjack Bonus” - one Scratch Card can be claimed when a player is dealt any suited Blackjack hand.
• American Roulette – “Twice in a Row” - one Scratch Card can be claimed by every player with an active bet when the same number lands twice consecutively on the roulette wheel.
• Punto Banco – “Egalité” - one Scratch Card can be claimed when a player wins on any Egalité bet.
• Three Card Poker – “Top Payouts” - one Scratch Card can be claimed when a player is dealt either a Three of a Kind or a Straight Flush.
5. Slots & Electronic Roulette - one Scratch Card will be issued every hour between 2pm and 2am by a Slot Host on duty to customers actively playing on Slots or Electronic Roulette machines.
6. Customers will also receive one Scratch Card when spending £20 or more on food and drink, at any time during the promotional period (excludes Arena Lounge Restaurant at The Sportsman Casino, Marco Pierre White Restaurant at Alea Nottingham, James Martin Restaurant at Manchester235 and Dovetail Bar at Empire Casino).
7. Scratch Card prizes and redemption are as follows:
• Free Play – to be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips for use on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronic machines.
• Prize Draw Entry – to be placed into the tombola located next to the digital wheel.
• Match Play – to be played on live gaming tables and exchanged at the Cash Desk for a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronic machines when the same value wager, as stated on the Scratch Card, is presented. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
• Keyring – To be exchanged at the Guest Services or Reception for a commemorative ‘Year of the Horse’ Keyring.
• Metropolitan Reward Points – To be handed to Guest Services; points will be credited to the member’s account within 24 hours. Standard Metropolitan Reward Points terms and conditions apply.
8. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
9. All Scratch Card prizes must be redeemed by 10pm on Saturday 28th February 2026.
10. Leisure Card holders are excluded from participating in this promotional activity.
11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
14. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
15. Disregarding or failing to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Final Prize Draw

1. The prize draw will run from 9th to 28th February 2026 and is open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders only.
2. Scratch Cards revealing “Prize Draw Entry” will act as the official entry ticket.
3. The draw will take place on Saturday 28th February 2026 at 8pm. Entry tickets must be placed into the tombola no later than 7:50pm.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be selected at random and will have two (2) minutes to claim their prize by presenting their Metropolitan Rewards Card. Failure to claim within this time will result in a re-draw.
5. The member’s name and membership number must be clearly displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the prize to be awarded.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen. Duplicate, photocopied, or reprinted entries will not be accepted.
7. The tombola will be cleared once the final ticket has been drawn.
