FEATURED COCKTAIL - MOJITO

A true taste of Summer- Captain Morgans White Rum, Fresh Lime, Fresh Mint.

Ingredients: 50ml Captain Morgan White Rum, 25ml Fresh Lime Juice, 2 teaspoons White Sugar (adjust to taste), 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves, Soda Water, Crushed Ice.Garnish: Lime wedges and additional mint sprigs for garnish.

In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and sugar.
Gently muddle the mint leaves with the sugar to release their aroma and oils, being careful not to over-muddle and tear the mint.
Squeeze and add the juice of half a lime (approximately 25ml) into the glass.
Fill the glass with crushed ice, about 2/3 full.
Pour in 50ml of Captain Morgan White Rum over the ice.
Stir the mixture well to dissolve the sugar and combine the flavours.
Top up the glass with soda water, leaving some space at the top.
Give the cocktail a gentle stir to mix the ingredients further.
Garnish the cocktail with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
Serve your refreshing Captain Morgan's White Rum Mojito immediately and enjoy!
