To take part, play any live tables, slots or gaming terminals with a daily turnover of £250 using your Metropolitan Rewards Card. After your gaming session, visit the Cash Desk or Reception to check if you are eligible for a ticket. Simply place your ticket in the tombola at least ten minutes before the draw and be present with your membership card to claim your prize.

Draws take place every night at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm.

Ace Metropolitan Rewards and HVC Monogram members will also receive three free tickets each day.

Terms & Conditions

The promotion will run from 15th December to 24th December 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members.
To qualify for the prize draws, customers must earn prize draw entries during the entry earning period between 15th December to 24th December 2025. The qualification routes are as follows:
a. Customers earn one prize draw entry per day by playing any live tables or Slots or gaming terminals with a £250 turnover.
Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members will receive a direct invitation to the prize draws and will be eligible to collect 3 free tickets each draw day.
Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards card is used while playing for the turnover to be tracked correctly.
Earned prize draw entry tickets will be available for collection at Cash Desk or Reception following the gaming session, once the qualifying criteria have been met and upon presentation of a valid Metropolitan Rewards Card.
Draws will be held every day from 15th December – 24th December 9pm, 10pm and 11pm. All prize draw entry tickets must be placed in the tombola at least 10 minutes before each draw.
Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes, the prize is void and no re-draw will take place.
Metropolitan rewards card holders can only win once per night. If the same name is drawn, the prize is void and no re-draw will take place.
The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
The tombola will be cleared after all draws have concluded each draw night.
Three winners will be drawn per night from the tombola and will be eligible for one spin on the Digi Wheel.

The Digi wheel is comprised of 27 segments, the number of segments per denomination of prize are as follows:

Free Play prizes will be issued to the winners at the Cash Desk in Non-negotiable gaming chips for use on live table games or promotional funds be used on Slot or Electronic Gaming terminals.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
On Slots or Electronic terminals – promotional funds must be staked before cashing out. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24 hours after issue.
Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in Casino Royalty Draws promotion.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
