Tournament Qualifying Period

1. This promotion will run from 6 April – 16 April and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards members, HVC Monogram and HVC Bonus Scheme members.
2. Customers can qualify for the Tournament by one of the following methods:
3. Earn stamps from qualifying Live Table wins to complete a stamp card, qualify for the tournament, and earn bonus chips once entry is achieved.
4. HVC, Ace and King customers automatically qualify for the tournament.
5. Customers can earn stamps on live table games from 12pm on 6 April to 9.45pm on 16 April, limited to one stamp card per customer.
6. Winning events on Live Table games are defined as:
   Roulette: receive a stamp when winning a bet when the winning number corresponds with the day’s date, or the month’s date (for example, 01 during January, 02 during February and so on).
   Blackjack: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Blackjack.
   Three Card Poker: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Flush or better.
   Punto Banco: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a natural nine or eight.
7. Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped when receiving one of the winning combinations.
8. Customers must earn a minimum of 3 stamps to qualify for the Roulette Tournament, with a starting stack of 10,000 in chips.
9. Each stamp earned after the minimum requirement will entitle the customer to 2,000 in bonus starting chips, up to a maximum of 10,000 bonus chips.
10. Jacks and Queens can earn a maximum of 8 stamps during the promotional period.
11. HVC, Ace and King customers automatically qualify for the tournament and will receive a starting stack of 20,000 chips on the day of the tournament with no requirement to earn extra bonus chips through the stamp card.
12. All stamp cards to be redeemed by 10.30pm on the day of the tournament.
13. The top 5 scores in the overall tournament will share the £5,000 prize pool. The prizes will be split as follows: The Top 5 highest scorers overall will win the following prizes: 1st Place £2,500 in Free Play, 2nd Place £1,250 in Free Play, 3rd Place £750 in Free Play, 4th Place £300 in Free Play and 5th Place £200 in Free Play. for use on the night.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for any stamp cards that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
15. The Roulette Tournament will take place on 16 April at 9:30pm, registration for all qualifiers takes place between 8:30pm and 10:30pm.
16. The first 8 customers to register for the tournament will receive an early bird bonus which will consist of an extra 2,000 in chips that will be added to their starting stack.
17. Players will also have the opportunity to earn an additional 2,000 in bonus chips to be added to their starting stack. The opt-in bonus will be awarded if the participants provide their Email or mobile phone details to be saved on their profile on Neon and decides to opt-in to receive marketing communications via Email, SMS or both.
18. Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in the promotional activity.
19. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
20. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
22. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
23. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

1. The tournament will run on Thursday 16 April at 9:30pm and is open to all Metropolitan Rewards members, HVC Monogram and HVC Bonus Scheme customers who have met the qualifying criteria.
2. Each eligible customer is permitted one entry into the tournament. Multiple entries are not permitted.
3. Registration for the tournament will start on the day from 8:30pm, no entries will be permitted past 10:30pm.
4. If less than 5 customers register on the day, the tournament will be cancelled.
5. No more than 80 participants will be allowed to enter. Participants are registered on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Minimum of 2 and maximum 5 participants per round.
7. To enter, participants will need to be in the casino and contact the Customer Relations Executive or Gaming Manager who will process the registration and take them to a designated table to take part in the tournament.
8. The American Roulette tournament will have the following format
9. All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game.
   
10. Participants will begin each round with a starting stack as follows: Jacks and Queens will receive 10,000 tournament chips, while Kings, Aces and HVC Monogram or Bonus Scheme customers will receive 20,000 tournament chips. Any additional bonus chips earned will be allocated at the start of the round.
11. Players will be given two colours, one to represent £100 value chips and the other £1,000 value chips.
12. All chips must remain on the table and be visible to venue staff at all times.
13. There is no maximum bet on the numbers.
14. Minimum stake per spin is £2,000 in chips. In the event a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they will stake all remaining chips.
15. Columns, dozens and even chance bets are not accepted.
16. Neighbour bets will be accepted but only in increments of £500 and therefore by £100. A maximum of 4 neighbour bets will be allowed per player per spin.
17. No partnership betting is allowed.
18. Scores will be recorded and managed by Casino staff. A leaderboard may be used to track positions; however, scores will not be made public until all participants in the round have completed their play.

20. In the event of a tie, customers who have achieved the same score will split the prizes between them equally.
21. Free Play can only be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables on the day of the event.
22. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips.
23. On roulette non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and a maximum of 24 numbers may be played on any individual spin.
24. Dealers at the gaming tables will exercise diligence in ensuring the maximum regarding non-negotiable chips placement are followed. However, it is ultimately the player's responsibility to ensure these maximums are not exceeded.
