Metropolitan Circuit Win a Share of £45,000 Prize Pool

1. The promotion will run on Tuesday the 20th, 27th October and 3rd, 10th November 2026.
2. The Tournament is open to:
a. Metropolitan Gaming; Jack, Queen, Queen of Spades, King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace, HVC Bonus and HVC Monogram customers.
b. HVC Bonus and HVC Monogram customers will automatically qualify to all the tournaments without requirement of qualification criteria.
c. Customers must meet the following qualification criteria in order to qualify for the tournament:
d. Theoretical Win of £2,500 or above on table gaming in the four preceding weeks prior to the tournament, or £500 or above within a daily session.
e. Or Average Daily Worth (ADW) of £500 and Theoretical Win (Theo) of £1,000 and above calculated in the 180 days leading up to the start of the promotion.
f. Or a lapsed customer who has not visited in the last three months with a previous ADW of £500 and Theo of £1,000 or above calculated based on the 180 days prior to their last visit.
g. All of the criteria above is based on table gaming data.
h. For the purposes of this promotion, a gaming day runs from 12pm until 5:59am the following day.
3. Average Daily Worth (ADW) – shows how much a customer plays on average each day they visit. It is calculated by dividing the customer’s Theoretical Win from by the number of days they played during the previous calendar month. ADW is an internal calculation based on estimated values and may not reflect actual wins or losses.
4. Theoretical Win (Theo) means the estimated value of a customer’s gaming activity to the casino, based on their overall level and type of play. It is calculated independently of the customer’s actual win or loss.
5. Tournament schedule as follows:
a. The Roulette tournament will take place at 9.30pm on 20th of October for a total prize pool of £10,000
b. The Blackjack tournament will take place at 9.30pm on 27th of October for a total prize pool of £10,000
c. The Punto Banco tournament will take place at 9.30pm on the 3rd of November for a total prize pool of £10,000
d. The multi-table tournament will take place at 9.30pm on the 10th of November for a total prize pool of £15,000
6. Each tournament will consist of a qualifying round followed by a final. The top 10 scorers from the qualifying round will progress to the final. Exception will be for the Multi-Table Tournament, where the top 12 scorers from the qualifying round will progress to the final.
7. The starting stack for all tournaments will be 10,000 including the finals. For the multi-table tournament, the starting stack will be based on the number of tournaments attended previously.
8. HVC Bonus and HVC Monogram customers will automatically qualify for the maximum additional chips, regardless of tournament attendance. Their starting stack for the multi-table tournament semi-final will therefore be 20,000 chips.
9. Multi-table tournament starting stacks:
a. Attend one tournament and receive 10,000 chips.
b. Attend two tournaments and receive 15,000 chips
c. Attend three tournaments and receive 17,500 chips
d. Attend four tournaments and receive 20,000 chips
10. An additional re-buy option will be available for £100 up to a maximum of 3 re-buys at all tournaments, except the multi-table where only one re-buy per game is allowed.
11. Each re-buy will provide 10,000 chips.
12. Players may re-buy only once they have lost at least half of their stack. The re-buy must be taken during their current round and before the final hand/spin of that round.
13. At the multi-table only one additional re-buy is permitted per game, available within the round played and once players have lost at least half of their stack.
14. No re-buys are permitted at the Finals of each tournament.
15. Re-buys must be purchased at the Cash Desk or at the table and are non-refundable.
16. All re-buy fees collected during each tournament week will be allocated in addition to the existing Free Play prize pool. This means that 100% of the re-buy fees collected will be returned as additional cash prizes, on top of the Free Play prizes already allocated to the tournament.
17. The total value of re-buy fees collected for that week will be converted into additional cash prizes, distributed equally across the top five finishing positions as follows:
a. 1st Place: 20% of total re-buy fees collected
b. 2nd Place: 20% of total re-buy fees collected
c. 3rd Place: 20% of total re-buy fees collected
d. 4th Place: 20% of total re-buy fees collected
e. 5th Place: 20% of total re-buy fees collected
18. Prizes for Roulette, Blackjack and Heads Up/Punto Banco weeks will be awarded as free play as follows: 1st Place £7,500, 2nd Place £3,750, 3rd Place £2,250, 4th Place £1000, 5th Place £500. In addition to these free play prizes, cash prizes will be awarded from the total value of that week’s re-buy fees as per point 17.
19. Prizes for the Multi-Table week will beawarded as free play as follows: 1st Place £7,500, 2nd Place £3,750, 3rd Place £2,250, 4th Place £1000, 5th Place £500. In addition to these free play prizes, cash prizes will be awarded from the total value of that week’s re-buy fees as per point 17.
20. To enter participants will need to be in the venue and contact the Customer Relations Executive or Gaming Manager who will process the registration and take them to a designated table to take part in the tournament.
21. If the minimum number of participants is not achieved, the tournament/s may be cancelled at the discretion of management.
22. No partnership betting is permitted.
23. In the event of a tie, the prize will be split equally between the tied participants
24. Free Play can only be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on live table games.
25. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips.
26. Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
27. Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
28. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
29. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
31. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
32. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion
33. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
34. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

American Roulette Tournament
36. The tournament is free to enter, unless otherwise stated. Each participant is allowed one free entry only, with a maximum of 3 re-buys at £100 each permitted.
37. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 8:30pm, no entries will be permitted past 10:30pm.
38. There will be a minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 participants per table, with a maximum of 100 participants in the tournament registered on a first come first serve basis.
39. The American Roulette tournament will have the following format:
a. All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game. Participants must play each spin, unless they have used all their tournament chips.
b. All participants will start each round with a starting stack of 10,000 tournament chips, each to represent 100 points
c. All chips must remain on the table and always be visible to venue staff.
d. There is no maximum bet on the numbers.
e. Minimum stake per spin is 2,000 points. In the event a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they will stake all remaining chips.
f. Columns, dozens and even chance bets are not accepted.
g. Neighbour bets will be accepted by a minimum of 100 and in increments of 100 and therefore the total minimum bet is 500 and increments of 500.
40. Scores will be recorded and managed confidentially by Casino staff. A leaderboard will be used to track places; however scores will not be made public until each player has completed their turn. The players finishing in the top 10 will be invited to participate in the final. All management decisions are final.
41. In the event of a tie which affects the composition of the top 10 an additional spin will be played. Each customer who is tied will be given an additional 100 chips worth 100 points each. All chips must be placed before the wheel is spun. If this process does not produce clear qualifiers, the process will be repeated. These points are valid only for the tie-breaker and do not carry through to the next round.

American Roulette Tournament – Final
42. The Final Tournament will take place immediately after the qualifying tournament has concluded.
43. The ten finalists will compete, with the five lowest scores to compete first at the same time on the same table, the top five scores will compete second.
44. The American Roulette tournament will have the same format of the preliminary rounds.

Blackjack Tournament
45. The tournament is free to enter, unless otherwise stated. Each participant is allowed one free entry only, with a maximum of 3 re-buys at £100 each permitted.
46. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 8:30pm, no entries will be permitted past 10:30pm.
47. There will be a minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 participants per table, with a maximum of 100 participants in the tournament registered on a first come first serve basis.
48. The Blackjack tournament format will be as follows:
a. All participants will play seven (7) hands of the allocated game.
b. All participants will start each round with 10,000 in tournament chips.
c. The minimum stake per hand is 1,000 chips. If a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they must wager all remaining chips.
d. Each player may play one box only per hand.
e. All chips must always remain on the table and visible to venue staff.
f. Players will be given chips to represent 100 points each
g. There is no maximum bet on the box. Minimum 100 max 500 on the 21+3 and Super Pairs side bets.
h. Top 3 bets will be allowed with a flat min-max of 100.
i. A dealer button will be used and will be placed in front of the players box to indicate the player who will be making the first decision.
j. The players will be dealt a card each to establish where the button will be starting from. The highest card dealt will win the dealer button.
k. The dealer button will move clockwise from player to player. This is to ensure all the players have even chances of control of the sway of the game.
l. Blackjack will be paid at odds of 2 to 1.
49. Scores will be recorded and managed confidentially by Casino staff. A leaderboard will be used to track places; however scores will not be made public until each player has completed their turn. All management decisions are final.
50. The top ten highest scorers from the preliminary rounds will qualify to play in the final.
51. In the event of a tie, a sudden death format will be used. Players will be dealt as normal, and the lowest value hand under 21 will be eliminated. This will continue until the tie is resolved.

Blackjack Tournament – Final
52. The Final Tournament will take place immediately after the qualifying tournament has concluded.
53. The ten finalists will compete, with the five lowest scores to compete first at the same time on the same table, the top five scores will compete second.
54. The Blackjack Final tournament will have the same format of the preliminary rounds.

Punto Banco Tournament
55. The tournament is free to enter, unless otherwise stated. Each participant is allowed one free entry only, with a maximum of 3 re-buys at £100 each permitted.
56. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 8:30pm, no entries will be permitted past 10:30pm.
57. There will be a minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 participants per table, with a maximum of 100 participants in the tournament registered on a first come first serve basis.
58. The Punto Banco tournament format will be as follows:
a. All participants will play seven (7) hands of the allocated game.
b. All participants will start each round with 10,000 in tournament chips.
c. Players will be given two colours of chip: one representing 100-value chips, the other representing 1,000-value chips.
d. The minimum stake per hand is 1,000 tournament chips. If a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they must wager all remaining chips.
e. There will be no maximum bet on Banker or Player.
f. Bets on Any Tie are accepted with a minimum of 100 and maximum of 500.
g. Bets on UR way and 3 giving 8 will be allowed with a flat min-max of 100.
h. Banker bets will be paid at odds of 1 to 1.
59. Scores will be recorded and managed confidentially by Casino staff. A leaderboard will be used to track places; however scores will not be made public until each player has completed their turn. All management decisions are final.
60. The top ten highest scorers from the preliminary rounds will qualify to play in the final.
61. In the event of a tie in chip balance, a sudden-death format will be used: one additional hand will be played, with the participant holding the higher-value hand advancing. This will continue until the tie is resolved.
Punto Banco Tournament – Final
62. The Final Tournament will take place immediately after the qualifying tournament has concluded.
63. The ten finalists will compete, with the five lowest scores to compete first at the same time on the same table, the top five scores will compete second.
64. The Punto Banco Final tournament will have the same format of the preliminary rounds.

Multi-Table Tournament
65. The tournament is free to enter, unless otherwise stated. At the multi-table only one additional re-buy is permitted per game, available within the round played and once players have busted out of their original stack. Each re-buy will provide 10,000 chips.
66. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 8:30pm, no entries will be permitted past 10:30pm.
67. There will be a minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 participants per table, with a maximum of 100 participants in the tournament.
68. The Multi-Table tournament format will be as follows:
a. The starting stack will be based on tournament attendance across the promotional period as stated in point 9 of the terms and conditions.
b. Players will be given chips to represent 100 value points
c. All participants will play the allocated number of hands/spins as specified in the terms and conditions for each game format.
d. The minimum stake per hand/spin will be the same as those for each game format in the previous tournaments. If a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they must wager all remaining chips.
e. The minimums and maximum bets on each game will be the same as those per previous tournaments depending on the game played.
f. The tournament will be split into three legs, Roulette, Blackjack and Punto Banco and run simultaneously on one dedicated table for each game.
g. Participants will be divided into groups of maximum 5 players. Group A will begin on the Roulette table while Group B begins on the Blackjack table, and Group C begins on the Punto Banco table at the same time.
h. Each group will play one leg in full before swapping: the group on Roulette will play 5 spins in line with the American Roulette Tournament format set out above; the group on Blackjack will play 7 hands in line with the Blackjack Tournament format set out above, the group on Punto Banco will play 7 hands in line with the Punto Banco Tournament format set out above.
i. On completion of the first leg, the groups will swap tables, and each will then play the remaining games in full, under the same format as set out above for that game.
j. The starting stack determined under point 9 will be issued in full at the start of each leg, the Roulette leg, Blackjack leg and Punto Banco leg. Stacks are not split or carried between legs; a participant will play all legs with the same full starting stack amount.
k. Scores will be recorded and managed confidentially by Casino staff. A leaderboard will be used to track places; however scores will not be made public until each player has completed their turn. All management decisions are final.
l. A participant's multi-table semi-final tournament score is the sum of their finishing stack from the Roulette leg, from the Blackjack leg and the Punto Banco leg.
m. The top twelve highest scorers from the preliminary rounds will qualify to play in the final.
n. All chips must always remain on the table and visible to venue staff.
o. Ranking is determined by combined score across all legs. In the event of a tie, players will play an additional spin at the Roulette table, in line with the tie-break format set out in the American Roulette Tournament — section above.
p. The final round will follow immediately after all legs have concluded and all scores have been recorded and verified by Casino staff.

Multi-Table Tournament – Final
69. The Final for the Multi-Table Tournament will take place immediately after the qualifying tournament has concluded.
70. The Multi-Table Final will have twelve finalists who will be divided into three groups of four players each and compete at the same time with the three games running simultaneously on one dedicated table for each game.
71. The Multi-Table Final will be following the same tournament format as set out above for the Multi-Table tournament.
72. The Multi-Table tournament finalists will all have a starting stack of 10,000 chips.
73. No-rebuys permitted in the final tournament.
74. In the event of a tie one additional spin will be played on Roulette, with 5000 chips each, this will continue until the tie is resolved.
