Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 21st July to 31st December 2025 and is open to all customers. It’s available between 7pm -1am Monday – Friday.
  2. Offer must be booked via an online booking at www.metropolitancasinos.casino.com/venues/london-mayfair/food-and-drink.
  3. Promotion includes one Tomahawk steak, the choice of two sides, a bottle of house champagne and £50 in non-negotiable chips for £120. Offer is based on 2 people sharing. Soft drink option available. Subject to availability.
  4. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Met Card discounts do not apply.
  5. Non- negotiable chips can be used to be used on tables only. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  6. Offers are only available at Metropolitan Mayfair and cannot be purchased on the casino floor.
  7. Roulette – Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
  8. Upon dispute the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
  9. Dealers at the gaming tables will exercise diligence in ensuring the maximum regarding non-negotiable chips placement are followed. However, it is ultimately the player's responsibility to ensure these maximums are not exceeded.
  10. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the High Roller promotional activity/receiving the £50 non-negotiable chips.
  11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  14. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  15. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling the offer.
