We will also be selecting one Metropolitan Rewards Card holder at 11pm, 12am, and 1am to spin our Prize Digi Wheel, with a top prize of £5,000 cash.
Entry is earned by playing Table Games, Slots or Electronic Table Games and meeting a £200 turnover. After your gaming session, simply visit the Cash Desk to collect your entry ticket and place it into the tombola before each draw.

Prize Draw:
1.The promotion will run on 27 November 2025 from 8pm – 11pm and is only open to Jack, Queen, King, Kings of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace Metropolitan Rewards card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members who have been invited to the Third Anniversary Event at Metropolitan Mayfair.
2. Customers are eligible for one spin total, available between 8:30pm and 11pm on the Digi Wheel. Spin tickets can be collected from Reception from 8:00pm.
3. The Digi Wheel is comprised of 27 segments. The number of segments per denomination of the Digi Wheel are as follows:
4. Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in this promotion.
5. Free Play prizes must be redeemed at the same venue where the prize was awarded.
6. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
7. Free Play prizes will be paid in Non-negotiable gaming chips at the Cash desk. Non negotiable gaming chips must be used directly on AR9, the Roulette table adjacent to the digi wheel.
8. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
9. Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette. Upon dispute the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
10. Management reserves the right to monitor participation and usage of promotional funds.
11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
14. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.

Digi Wheel:
1. The promotion will run on 27 November 2025 from 2pm – 1am and is only open to Jack, Queen, King, Kings of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace Metropolitan Rewards card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members who have been invited to the Third Anniversary Event at Metropolitan Mayfair.
2. To qualify for the prize draws, customers must earn a prize draw entry during the entry earning period of 2pm – 12:45am. The qualification routes are as follows:
a. Customers earn one prize draw entry by playing any live tables or Slots or gaming terminals with a £500 turnover.
3. Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members who have been invited to the event are eligible to collect 3 free tickets at Reception on the date of the event.
4. Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards card is used while playing for the turnover to be tracked correctly.
5. Earned prize draw entry tickets will be available for collection at Reception following the gaming session, once the qualifying criteria have been met and upon presentation of a valid Metropolitan Rewards Card.
6. Draws will be at 11pm, 12am and 1am. All prize draw entry tickets must be placed in the tombola at least 10 minutes before each draw.
7. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
8. Metropolitan rewards card holders can win once per night, if same name is drawn, re-draw will take place.
9. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
10. The tombola will be cleared after all draws have concluded.

Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
17. Should the wheel land on the £5,000 cash prize segment, the prize will be issued at the Cash Desk on the night of the draw.
18. On Slots or Electronic terminals – promotional funds must be staked before cashing out. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24 hours after issue.
