Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run on  Monday 13th July commencing at 8pm and is only open to Kings, King of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace and HVC Bonus Scheme and HVC Monogram Scheme members. 
  2. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 7pm on a first come first served basis. No registrations past 9pm will be accepted. 
  3. The tournament is free to enter. Each participant is permitted one entry into the tournament. Multiple entries are not permitted. 
  4. Minimum of 1 and maximum 3 participants per table, maximum 60 participants per tournament. 
  5. If fewer than 3 participants register, the tournament may be cancelled at the discretion of management. 
  6. To enter participants will need to be in the casino and contact the Customer Relations Executive who will take them to a designated table to take part in the tournament. 
  7. The Blackjack tournament will have the following format: 
    a.All participants will play 5 hands of the allocated game. 
    b.All participants will start each round with £2,000 in tournament chips. 
    c.Minimum stake per hand is 100 chips. In the event a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they will stake all remaining chips. 
    d.Each player may only play one box per hand. 
    e.All chips must remain on the table and be visible to venue staff at all times. 
    f.Participants will be ranked based on their tournament chip balance at the end of each round. All scores will be recorded and verified by Casino staff, and all management decisions are final. 
    g.In the event of a tie, a sudden death format will be used. Players will be dealt as normal, with the lowest value, under 21, being eliminated. This will repeat until the tie is resolved. 
  8. The top three highest scorers in the preliminary rounds will be eligible to play in the final. 
  9. The final tournament will have the same format as the rounds apart from participants receiving £500 in tournament chips and will play 7 hands of the allocated game. 
  10. The prizes will be split as follows:  
    a.1st Place £2,500 Free Play 
    b.2nd Place £1,500 Free Play 
    c.3rd Place £1,000 Free Play
  11. Free Play prizes will be issued to the winners at the Cash Desk in Non-negotiable gaming chips for use on live table games or promotional funds be used on Slot or Electronic Gaming terminals.  
  12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.  
  13. Non-negotiable chips must be wagered through a minimum of three times prior to cashing out and can only be played on the main layout with no outside bets.  
  14. Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.    Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.  
  15. On Slots or Electronic terminals – promotional funds must be staked before cashing out. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24 hours after issue.   
  16. Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in the promotion.  
  17. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.  
  18. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.   
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion. 
  20. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.  
  21. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
