Kings of Monopoly

1. The promotion will run from Monday 8th June 2026 to Saturday 18th July 2026 and is open to all customers.
2. The promotion will run at The Sportsman Casino, Park Lane Club and Metropolitan Mayfair casinos.
3. To participate, customers must play Blackjack at a participating venue.
4. Customers who are dealt a pair of Kings (KK) as their first two cards will qualify for a scratch card.
5. Only one scratch card may be issued per qualifying hand.
6. Scratch cards will be issued immediately following a valid qualifying hand, subject to verification by Venue Management.
7. Only hands played on Blackjack tables are eligible.
8. Each scratch card will reveal one of the following outcomes: an instant win prize, a MONOPOLY street piece, or a prize draw entry.
9. Instant win prizes will include:
· Free drink to be redeemed at the bar or through valet service for one of the following: house beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single measure house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
· £10 Food Spend, redeemable against food purchases. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Discounts do not apply. Excludes Arena Lounge Restaurant at The Sportsman Casino.
· £25 Free Play Instant Win redeemable directly at gaming tables.
10. MONOPOLY street pieces can be collected to complete designated sets, with completed sets eligible for prizes including Free Play rewards up to £25,000 Free Play.
11. Street piece prizes are only valid when a full qualifying set is presented and verified by Venue Management.
12. Incomplete sets hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed.
13. Customers must be registered Metropolitan Rewards members in order to deposit prize draw entries into the tombola and redeem any Free Play prizes, including street set prizes and prize draw winnings.

15. A total of 4,000 scratch cards will be available throughout the promotional period across all participating venues and release phases, comprising:
MONOPOLY Street Pieces x 2,400,Prize Draw Entries x 800, £25 Free Play Instant win x 600, Free Drink Instant Wins x 100, £10 Food Spend Instant Wins x 100.
16. Scratch cards will be released in three (3) separate phases throughout the promotional period. Each release phase will commence on dates and times determined by the Promoter.
17. The quantity and types of scratch cards released in each phase will vary as stated in Clause 18 and will affect the prizes potentially available to be won during that phase. Not all scratch cards, street pieces or prize draw entries will be in circulation at the same time. Certain prizes and street pieces may only become available in later release phases. The quantity and distribution of scratch cards released during each phase is outlined in Clause 18 below. The release schedule, quantities and prize distribution may vary between phases and participating venues.
18. Prior to each release phase and distribution, scratch cards will be shuffled and randomly mixed under Venue Management supervision to ensure fair and random distribution throughout the promotional period.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to print additional Standard cards in batches equal to 10% of the total Standard card allocation if card stock falls below 10% during the promotion. No additional Limited cards will be printed at any time during the promotion.
21. Prize draws will take place at 9pm on Saturday 27th June 2026 at The Sportsman Casino and at 9pm on Saturday 18th July 2026 at Metropolitan Mayfair.
22. To be eligible for the first prize draw, entries must be deposited into the tombola at The Sportsman Casino at least 10 minutes prior to the draw time on Saturday 27th June 2026. Five winners will each receive £5,000 in Free Play.
23. Customers may only win one (1) prize draw prize per draw night. If the same customer is selected more than once during the same draw, an alternative winner will be selected and the duplicate entry returned to the tombola where applicable.
24. Remaining non-winning entries from the first draw will be transferred to the tombola at Metropolitan Mayfair. Additional entries must be deposited at least 10 minutes prior to the draw time on Saturday 18th July 2026. Five winners will each receive £5,000 in Free Play. Transfer will take place under Venue Management surveillance to ensure the transfer is secure.
25. Winners may be required to be present at the time of the draw unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
26. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
27. Free Play prizes will be issued as Non-Negotiable Chips. Non-Negotiable Chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for cash or standard gaming chips. Any winnings derived from Non-Negotiable Chips will be paid in cash chips. Partnership betting is not permitted.
28. All scratch cards, instant win prizes and completed street piece sets must be presented and redeemed by 10pm on Tuesday 21st July 2026. Any scratch cards, prizes or claims presented after this time will be deemed invalid.
29. Scratch cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or defaced will not be replaced.
30. Scratch cards remain the property of the Promoter until validated.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse issuance of scratch cards or prizes where fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
32. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
33. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
34. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will remain entitled to participate in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, subject to any expiry dates or other applicable conditions.
35. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
36. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in management cancelling prizes.
