Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run daily between 6th July to 2nd August 2026 and is open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Scheme members.
  2. The Promotion is valid only at the following participating venues: a. Metropolitan Mayfair b. Park Lane Club
  3. To qualify for a Bounce Back Match Play Voucher, customer must earn £50 turnover on eligible Slots or Electronic Gaming Machines on the day of the promotion to claim their offer.
  4. Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards Card is used while playing for turnover and qualifying play to be tracked correctly. We take careful steps to ensure the accuracy of all gaming and transaction records. However, due to the nature of gaming activities, transactions recorded should be considered as best-effort estimates.
  5. Customers who qualify at one participating venue will receive a Match Play Voucher redeemable at the alternate participating venue.
  6. Customers have 48 hours from the following day to redeem their match play voucher.
  7. The voucher progression mechanic operates as follows:
  8. The first qualifying visit during the promotional period, will receive a £50 Match Play voucher to be redeemed at the alternate participating casino.
  9. The second qualifying visit during the promotional period, will receive a £75 Match Play voucher to be redeemed at the alternate participating casino.
  10. The third qualifying visit during the promotional period, will receive a £100 Match Play voucher to be redeemed at the alternate participating casino.
  11. If three qualifying visits take place in any given week, the next eligible voucher will revert to the starting denomination of £50.
  12. Customers have a maximum of 9 qualifying visits, during the promotional period.
  13. Only one Match Play offer may be earned per customer, per qualifying promotional day.
  14. Match Play offer will be issued at the Cash Desk upon completion of the qualifying criteria and presentation of a valid Metropolitan Rewards Card.
  15. Match Play offer is valid for use on Slots and Electronic Roulette machines only and must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value wager as detailed in the offer in exchange for a promotional ticket, all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  16. Promotional funds issued on Slots or Electronic Gaming Machines must be fully staked before cashing out. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24 hours after issue.
  17. Leisure Card customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion.
  18. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.  
  19. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.    
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.   
  21. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.  
  22. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
