Terms and Conditions

1. Learn to Play Packages are open to customers aged 18 years or over only. Valid photographic identification may be required. The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy.
2. Learn to Play Packages are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3. Learn to Play Package sessions last for 40 minutes and include:
   1. 20 minutes of Blackjack tuition; and
   2. 20 minutes of Roulette tuition.
4. The package includes a Welcome Drink. Customers may choose from a pint of house beer, 125ml glass of house wine, a soft drink or a single measure house spirit with mixer. Nonalcoholic alternatives are available. Alcohol will be served in accordance with licensing laws and management reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
5. Packages must be booked at least 24 hours before the booking date.
6. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person may be required upon request to secure the booking.
7. Final payment must be settled a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the booking. Full payment is required if the booking date is within a two-week period.
8. Minimum guest numbers vary by venue and package. Minimum numbers are detailed within the package descriptions. Minimum numbers may fluctuate dependent on venue availability; Management's decision is final.
9. Each package includes Learn to Play Roulette tuition, Learn to Play Blackjack tuition, a Welcome Drink and a £5 Free Bet.
10. Additional package inclusions, prices and minimum guest requirements vary by venue and package selected and are detailed within the package descriptions.
11. Food and drink included within a package must be consumed either before or after the Learn to Play session, as specified at the time of booking.
12. Food and beverage offerings are subject to availability and may be substituted with a comparable alternative at the discretion of Venue Management.
13. Metropolitan Rewards discounts do not apply to Learn to Play Packages.
14. The £5 Free Bet is issued as non-negotiable chips for use on gaming tables or electronic roulette. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the payout will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is permitted.
15. The £5 Free Bet included within the Learn to Play Package may be issued either as nonnegotiable chips for use on live gaming tables or as a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronic Gaming, at the discretion of the venue.
16. Non-negotiable chips and promotional tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
17. All promotional funds must be fully staked before any winnings can be withdrawn or exchanged.
18. Where non-negotiable chips are issued for use on live gaming tables, the winning element of any payout will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is permitted.
19. Where a promotional ticket is issued for use on Slots or Electronic Gaming, the promotional ticket must be redeemed in accordance with the venue's standard promotional gaming procedures.
20. The £5 Free Bet must be redeemed on the date of the Learn to Play Experience unless otherwise stated by management.
21. Customers must notify the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
22. Learn to Play Experiences are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only and do not guarantee any level of skill, success or outcome in gambling.
23. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
24. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
26. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
27. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes or promotional benefits.
