Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from Wednesday 5th August to Tuesday 1st September 2026 and is only open to all Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
  2. Every Wednesday to Tuesday (for the purpose of this promotion, a gaming day runs from 6am to 5:59am the following day), the total no. of points accrued from Electronic Roulette machine play will be tracked for each player and the top three highest scorers will be displayed on Casino screens every Wednesday at 5pm:
    1. Week 1: 6am Wednesday 5th August – 5:59am Tuesday 11th August.
    2. Week 2: 6am Wednesday 12th August – 5:59am Tuesday 18th August.
    3. Week 3: 6am Wednesday 19th August – 5:59am Tuesday 25th August.
    4. Week 4: 6am Wednesday 26th August – 5:59am Tuesday 1st September.
  3. All prizes are paid in Free Play denomination won correlates to leader board placement:
    1. 1st Place - £500 Free Play
    2. 2nd Place - £300 Free Play
    3. 3rd Place - £200 Free Play
  4. Free Play prizes can only be redeemed at Cash Desk.
  5. Free Play can only be exchanged for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  6. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  7. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their Metropolitan Rewards Card is inserted into the machine whilst playing, for Metropolitan Rewards Points to be accurately recorded.
  8. Metropolitan Rewards Points cannot be earned retrospectively.
  9. Normal Metropolitan Rewards Points terms and conditions apply.
  10. No cash alternative available.
  11. Metropolitan Rewards Points are not transferable and must be earned by the person named on the card in play.
  12. Winners will be on display for a week at Reception after the promotion ends.
  13. Leisure card holders are excluded from participating in this promotional activity.
  14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  17. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  18. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
