1. The promotion will run daily from 1 August 2025 from 2pm until midnight to 25 October 2025 and is open to Metropolitan Rewards card holders only.

2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Metropolitan Rewards Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play or presented to Gaming Supervisor on the gaming table during play.

3. Every hour between 2pm to midnight during the promotional period, players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize. If the software fails to reward the eligible customers automatically in the promotional period, Management reserve the right to manually reward eligible customers.

4. To qualify for the Hot Seats promotion, a minimum turnover of £20 during a gaming session on either slots or electronic games, or on table gaming a table minimum bet is required within the promotional period.

5. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic gaming machine or by Venue Management.

6. Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £10 instant win Match Play voucher and a £10 Match Play voucher, valid for the following week.

7. Queen and Queen of Hearts Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £25 instant win Match Play voucher and a £25 Match Play voucher, valid for the following week.

8. King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £50 instant win Free Play voucher and a £50 Free Play voucher, valid for the following week.

9. The redemption dates on the vouchers valid for the next week will be displayed on the reverse of the voucher.

10. Prizes won cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.

11. Valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots, or Electronics.

12. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.

13. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.

14. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. A voucher can only be used on one spin.

15. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.

16. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.

17. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.

18. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards cardholders are excluded from participating in the Hot Seats promotional activity.

19. The Promoter is not responsible for Metropolitan Rewards cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.

20. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.

21. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.

23. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.

24. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

GOLDEN MEGA HOT SPINS (DIGI WHEEL VERSION)

1. The Golden Mega Hot Spins Prize draws will take place on the last Saturday of each month at 10pm, starting from 30th August 2025.

2. One draw ticket will be issued during the Hot Seats promotion by Slot Hosts to winning players who received a win notification on the Hot Seats promotion.

3. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw.

4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes, a re-draw will take place.

5. The Metropolitan Rewards cards holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.

6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.

7. The tombola will be cleared after all winners are determined.

8. Ten winners will be drawn from the tombola and will be eligible for one spin on the Digi Wheel.

9. The Digi wheel is comprised of 54 segments; the number of segments per denomination of prize is as follows:

· 16x £100 Free Play,

· 10x Double X Met Points,

10. Should a guest land on Double X Met Points, they will earn double Metropolitan Reward Points (1 additional point for every one usually earned) for a month (30x Days) from the day of win.

11. Should a guest land on Triple X Met Points, they will earn triple Metropolitan Reward Points (2 additional points for every one usually earned) for a month from the day of the win.

12. Bonus Metropolitan Reward Points are added manually on the last day of the 30 day double/triple points period and normal Metropolitan Reward Point terms and conditions apply.
