Mid-Autumn Festival

The event will take place on 7 October 2025 from 7pm and is open to all Ace, King and Queen Metropolitan Rewards card holders.
Prize draws will take place every hour on the hour, starting at 7pm and finish at 11pm. There will be 5 prize draws in total.
Tickets can be collected at Reception between 5pm to 10:50pm.
One prize draw ticket per customer.
Prize draw tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw
For each prize draw one winner will be drawn to spin the Digi wheel.
There will be 27 segments on the Digi Wheel with the following prizes: 5 x Moon Cakes, 5x £50 Cash Match, 2 x £88 Cash, 5x Lucky Cat, 5x £50 Food and Beverage Voucher, 5x £20 Cash Match.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available (except cash prizes won).
Lucky Cats and Moon cakes will be issued by Guest Services at the time the prize is won.
The £88 Cash prize to be redeemed at cash desk.
The Food and beverage voucher entitles the customer to a meal up to the value of £50 when presenting this voucher to the server. This can be used in Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Restaurant or ordering from the Players Menu.
Food and beverage voucher is valid for 30 days from the date stated on the voucher.
Cash Match voucher - Valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
Cash Match voucher to be played directly on live gaming tables or to be exchanged at Cash Desk for a promotional ticket to use on Slots and Electronics when the same value wager as stated on the Match Play voucher is presented. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
One voucher per person per day.
Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the wheel has been spun and the prize revealed.
Leisure Metropolitan Rewards Card holders are excluded from participating in the Autumn Moon Event promotional activity.
The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
