Mid-Autumn Festival

1. The Autumn Moon Event will be hosted from 7pm on 21st September 2026 and is open to all Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders.
2. Customers can collect one prize draw ticket daily at Reception from midday on 15th September till 10:50pm on 21st September 2026, limited to one ticket per day, per customer.
3. Prize draws will take place every hour on the hour on 21st September 2026 from 7pm – 11pm. There will be 5 prize draws in total.
4. Prize draw tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw to be eligible.
5. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
6. The customers name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
8. The tombola will be cleared after the draw.
9. For each prize draw one winner will be drawn to spin the Digi wheel.
10. There will be 27 segments on the Digi Wheel with the following prizes: 3 x £888 Free Play,6x Rice Cookers,6x £88 Free Play,6x Moon Cakes,6x Lucky Cats.
11. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
12. Lucky Cats, Moon Cakes and Rice Cookers will be issued by Guest Services at the time the prize is won.
13. If the prize won is unavailable on the night, the prize will be arranged by guest services to be made available for collection on the customer's next visit.
14. Free Play can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
15. Free Play can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
16. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
17. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
18. Customers can only win once per night, if same name is drawn, redraw takes place.
19. Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the wheel has been spun and the prize revealed.
20. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards Card holders are excluded from participating in the Autumn Moon Prize Draws promotional activity.
21. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
22. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
23. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
25. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
26. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
