Update to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for the Slots Tournament promotion.

This revision, now labelled Version 2 (V2), has been made to allow Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card Members to participate in the promotion.

The first version of the T&Cs (V1) has now been amended. The full updated T&Cs (V2) will apply with immediate effect.

Summary of Key Change (V1 to V2)

Clause 2 has been materially updated. The eligibility wording has been amended to include Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

OLD ELIGIBILITY (V1): Promotion was only open to Queen, Queen of Spades, King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders, and HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members.

NEW ELIGIBILITY (V2): Promotion is now open to Jack, Queen, Queen of Spades, King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders, and HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

  1. The Slots tournaments will run from 8pm – 10pm on Mondays from the 19th January to the 15th February 2026 at The Sportsman.
  2. Promotion is only open to Jack, Queen, Queen of Spades, King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace Metropolitan Rewards card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members.
  3. Registration for the tournament will start on the day from 7:45pm; no entries will be permitted past 9:45pm.
  4. The tournament is free to enter with each participant allowed one entry per tournament per day.
  5. To enter the tournament customers will need to be in the casino and contact a team member who will assign them to their round and take them to the designated area to take part in the tournament.
  6. Minimum participants 4 per tournament. Maximum participants per tournament 70 people.
  7. Each participant will receive 10,000 credits on their machine to participate in the tournament.
  8. Participants will have two minutes to try and achieve the highest score, minimum bet of 100 and maximum bet of 500 credits per spin.
  9. The top 2 players on the leader board will win the following prizes:
    1st place – £750 in Free Play
    2nd place – £250 in Free Play
  10. In the event of a tie on the final leader board results, participants who achieved the same score will be given an option to split the prize between them equally or play a full round, until such time that an outright winner is decided.
  11. Free Play will be issued as a promotional ticket to be used on Slot machines on the day.
  12. Promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  13. Leisure Card customers are excluded from participating in the Slots Tournament promotional activity.
  14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.

Tournament Qualifying Period

  1. This promotion will run from 19th to 29th January 2026 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards members. 
  2. Customers can qualify for the Roulette Tournament on 29th January 2026 by one of the following methods: 
    a. Earn one stamp when a winning event occurs on Live Table games. 
    b. HVC, Ace and King customers automatically qualify for the tournament. 
  3. Customers can earn stamps on live table games from 12pm on 19 January to 9.45pm on 29 January 2026, limited to one stamp card per customer. 
  4. Winning events on Live Table games are defined as: 
    a. Roulette: receive a stamp when winning a bet when the winning number corresponds with the day’s date for the month’s date, 01 during January. 
    b. Blackjack: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Blackjack. 
    c. Three Card Poker: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Flush or better. 
    d. Punto Banco: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a natural nine or eight. 
  5. Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped when receiving one of the winning combinations. 
  6. Customers must earn a minimum of 5 stamps to qualify for the Roulette Tournament. 
  7. All stamps earned after the minimum requirement will entitle the customer to 2,000 in bonus starting chips. 
  8. A maximum of 10 stamps can be collected during the promotional period with a maximum of 10,000 in bonus starting chips available. 
  9. HVC, Ace and King customers automatically qualify for the Tournament of the Elites and will receive a starting stack of 20,000 chips on the day of the tournament with no requirement to earn extra bonus chips through the stamp card. 
  10. All stamp cards to be redeemed by 10.30pm on 29th January 2026.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for any stamp cards that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted. 
  12. The Roulette Tournament will take place on the 29th January at 9:30pm, registration for all qualifiers takes place between 8:30pm and 10:30pm. 
  13. The first 8 customers to register for the tournament will receive an early bird bonus which will consist of an extra 2,000 in chips that will be added to their starting stack. 
  14. Players will also have the opportunity to earn an additional 2,000 in bonus chips to be added to their starting stack. The opt-in bonus will be awarded if the participants provide their Email or mobile phone details to be saved on their profile on Neon and decides to opt-in to receive marketing communications via Email, SMS or both. 
  15. The Top 5 highest scorers overall will win the following prizes: 1st Place £2,000 in Free Play,2nd Place £1,300 in Free Play, 3rd Place £900 in Free Play, 4th Place £500 in Free Play and 5th Place £300 in Free Play. 
  16. In the event of a tie, customers who have achieved the same score will split the prizes between them equally. 
  17. Free Play can only be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables. 
  18. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed. 
  19. On roulette non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and a maximum of 24 numbers may be played on any individual spin. 
  20. Dealers at the gaming tables will exercise diligence in ensuring the maximum regarding non-negotiable chips placement are followed. However, it is ultimately the player's responsibility to ensure these maximums are not exceeded. 
  21. Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in the Tournament of the Elites promotional activity. 
  22. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.

Final Tournament

  1. The tournament will run on Thursday 29th January 2026 at 9:30pm and is open to all Metropolitan Rewards customers who have met the qualifying criteria. 
  2. Registration for the tournament will start on the day from 8:30pm, no entries will be permitted past 10:30pm. 
  3. Minimum of 2 and maximum 5 participants per round. 
  4. To enter participants will need to be in the casino and contact the Customer Relations Executive or Gaming Manager who will process the registration and take them to a designated table to take part in the tournament. 
  5. The American Roulette tournament will have the following format: 
    a. All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game. 
    b. All participants will begin each round with a starting stack of 10,000
    tournament chips, plus any additional Bonus chips they have earned. 
    c. Participants who have earned Bonus chips will be allocated these at the start of their
    round. 
    d. Players will be given two colours, one to represent £100 value chips and the other £1,000
    value chips. 
    e. There is no maximum bet on the numbers. 
    f. Minimum stake per spin is £2,000 in chips. In the event a player is unable to meet
    the minimum stake, they will stake all remaining chips. 
    g. Columns, dozens and even chance bets are not accepted. 
    h. Neighbour bets will only be accepted in increments of £500 and therefore by £100. 
    i. A maximum of 2 neighbour bets will be allowed per player per spin. 
  6. The top 5 scores in the overall tournament will share the £5,000 prize pool. The prizes will be split as follows: 1st Place £2,000 in Free Play, 2nd Place £1,300 in Free Play, 3rd Place £900 in Free Play, 4th Place £500 in Free Play and 5th Place £300 in Free Play for use on the night.

  1. The promotion will run from 12th January – 15th March 2026, open to Metropolitan Rewards card holders only.
  2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Metropolitan Rewards Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play or presented to Gaming Supervisor on the gaming table during play.
  3. Every hour between 12 noon to midnight during the promotional period, players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize (except for 15 March, where the last Hot Seat award will be before 7pm).
  4. To qualify for the Hot Seats promotion, a minimum turnover of £40 during a gaming session on either slots or electronic games, or on table gaming a table minimum bet is required within the promotional period.
  5. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic gaming machine or by Venue Management.
  6. Jack, Queen and Queen of Hearts Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £25 Free Play voucher, valid for the following week, as stated on the voucher.
  7. King, King of Hearts, King of Spades and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £50 Free Play voucher, valid for the following week, as stated on the voucher.
  8. Free Play prize vouchers are valid for the following week and can be exchanged at the cash desk for non-negotiable gaming chips for use on live table games or promotional ticket to be used on Slot or Electronic Gaming terminals.
  9. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  10. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.

  12. Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
  13. On Slots or Electronic terminals – promotional funds must be staked before cashing out. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24 hours after issue.

  1. The Golden Mega Hot Spins Prize draws will take place every Sunday between 12 January – 15 March 2026 at 8pm

  2. Players who receive a win notification during the Hot Seats promotion will be issued one draw entry ticket by the Slot Hosts or Casino Management.   3. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw. The Tombola will only be put out on the evening of the draw. Customers are responsible for bringing their tickets to the venue on the date of the draw.
  4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  5. The Metropolitan Rewards cards holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.

Slots Club Top 100 Leaderboard Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 6 November 2025 onwards and is open only to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders who have qualified for the Slots Club.
  2. To qualify for the Slots Club, customers must:
    • Be a Metropolitan Rewards Card holder.
    • Have actively played slot machines during the previous calendar month.
    • Be contactable via their preferred channel (email or SMS).
    • Rank within the Top 100 Slots Players at their Home Casino, as determined by performance metrics collected during the previous calendar month.
  3. Rankings are based on an assessment of:
    • Theoretical Win (Theo) – the estimated amount the casino expects to retain from a customer’s slot play. Theoretical Win is calculated using factors such as the total amount wagered and the programmed house advantage of slot machines. It is an estimated value used for performance and rewards purposes only and does not represent actual wins or losses.
  4. Qualified Slots Club members will receive weekly Free Play offers (up to a maximum of four per calendar month). The value of each offer is determined based on the customer’s Average Daily Worth (ADW) from the previous calendar month, calculated at a 20% reinvestment rate, with a minimum value of £25 and a maximum value of £200 per offer. Offer values will be rounded up to the nearest £5 increment. Each offer will be valid for a seven (7) day redemption period from the date of activation and will expire if not redeemed within that timeframe. Offers will be sent by email or SMS to the contact details registered to the customer’s Metropolitan Rewards account.
  5. Average Daily Worth (ADW) – shows how much a customer plays on average each day they visit. It is calculated by dividing the customer’s Theoretical Win from slot play by the number of days they played during the previous calendar month. ADW is an internal calculation based on estimated values and may not reflect actual wins or losses.
  6. The Slots Club will operate only at the following venues: Alea Glasgow, Alea Nottingham, Manchester235, Empire Casino, and The Sportsman Casino.
  7. Customers who qualify for the Slots Club will be sent an invitation by email or SMS.
  8. Prizes won cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
  9. Free Play vouchers can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on slot or electronic machines.

Slots Party Terms and Condition

  1. The Slots Party will take place on the third Sunday from 16 November 2025, and on the third Sunday of every month thereafter.
  2. The event is only open to customers who have qualified for the Slots Club, as set out in the Slots Club Top 100 Leader-board Terms and Conditions.
  3. Eligible customers will be invited via their preferred contact channel to attend a Slots Party event at their local Metropolitan Gaming casino on the event date between 4pm and 8pm.
  4. At Alea Glasgow, Alea Nottingham, Empire Casino, and Sportsman Casino: each invited customer who attends is eligible for one spin per event on the digital prize wheel to reveal an instant outcome.
  5. The digital prize wheel (where applicable) contains 27 segments with the following prizes:
    a. 8 segments × No Win
    b. 8 segments × £25 Free Play
    c. 5 segments × £50 Free Play
    d. 4 segments × £100 Free Play
    e. 2 segments × £250 Free Play
  6. At Manchester235: customers will instead receive an entry into a prize draw.
  7. The prize draw will take place at 8pm.

Tournament Qualifying Period

  1. This promotion will run from 26th January to 8th February 2026 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards members.

  3. Customers can earn stamps on live table games from 12pm on 26th January to 9.45pm on 8th February 2026, limited to one stamp card per customer.
  4. Winning events on Live Table games are defined as:
    a. Roulette: receive a stamp when winning a bet when the winning number corresponds with the day’s date, or the month’s date which is 01 during January and 02 during February.
    b. Blackjack: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Blackjack.
    c. Three Card Poker: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Flush or better.
    d. Punto Banco: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a natural nine or eight.
  5. Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped when receiving one of the winning combinations.

Final Tournament

  1. The tournament will run on Sunday 8th February 2026 at 9:30pm and is open to all Metropolitan Rewards customers who have met the qualifying criteria.
  2. Registration for the tournament will start on the day from 8:30pm, no entries will be permitted past 10:30pm.
  3. Minimum of 2 and maximum 5 participants per round.
  4. To enter participants will need to be in the casino and contact the Customer Relations Executive or Gaming Manager who will process the registration and take them to a designated table to take part in the tournament.
  5. The American Roulette tournament will have the following format:
    a. All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game.
