Your Metropolitan Rewards card will remain valid. However, you need to have visited a casino within the last six months to keep your Rewards Points balance. Otherwise, your balance expires.
I’VE LOST MY METROPOLITAN REWARDS CARD. CAN I STILL ENTER THE CASINO?
Yes, you can still come into the casino. Make sure you pick up a replacement card from the Reception desk on your way in. You will need your Metropolitan Rewards card or valid ID to enter the casino each day after 9pm.
WHAT DOES MY METROPOLITAN REWARDS ENTITLE ME TO?
