Metropolitan Casinos is working with Clickback Research to capture valuable customer insight into the Metropolitan Rewards loyalty programme.
We’d love your input to help shape our loyalty programme strategy. Players are at the heart of what we do, so we’re inviting you to join an online research forum running from Wednesday 4th March to Friday 6th March.
The forum will take approximately one hour per day to complete, and participants will receive a £100 gaming offer for taking part across the total three days (terms and conditions apply).
Online forums are a fun and interactive way to share your opinions. You’ll remain anonymous while also having the chance to engage with other participants, discuss ideas, and respond to comments.
You can participate via smartphone, iPad, or laptop. It’s a secure process with no downloads required, and a link will be sent if you’re selected.
Spaces are limited; you’ll need to register your interest by midnight on Sunday, 1st March 2026.

Online forums are a fun and secure way to give your opinions. No downloads are required and access is simply via an email link.
Accessed via either smartphone, iPad or laptop/desktop, we encourage responders to post in as much detail as possible and where it feels relevant to also comment on other participant posts. Posts are primarily written txt responses but can also include short videos and images to help further articulate comments.
