Terms and Conditions

1. Learn to Play is open to all customers
2. Learn to Play sessions lasts for 40 minutes (20 minutes on Blackjack and 20 minutes on Roulette).
3. This offer includes a Welcome Drink, a choice between a bottle of beer, 125ml glass of house wine, soft drink or 25ml house spirit and mixer.
4. Packages must be booked at least 24 hours before booking date.
5. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required upon request to secure the booking.
6. Final payment must be settled a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the booking; full payment is required if the booking date is within a two-week period.
7. A minimum of four people per booking, minimum numbers may fluctuate dependent on casino availability; Management's decision is final.

9. Food and drink must be eaten either before or after the Learn to Play session (to be specified upon booking).
10. Free Bet chips are issued as non-negotiable chips for use on tables. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
11. Free Bet has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
12. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from claiming the Free Bet in the Learn to Play Experience Package.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
