Terms and Conditions

1. Cocktail Masterclass Packages are open to customers aged 18 years or over only. Valid photographic identification may be required. The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy.
2. Cocktail Masterclass Packages are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3. Cocktail Masterclass sessions are led by an experienced mixologist and last for a minimum of one hour. Session duration may vary depending on group size.
4. Participants will prepare cocktails as specified within the package purchased. Cocktail selections are subject to availability and venue discretion. Mocktail alternatives may be available upon request.
5. Packages must be booked at least 24 hours before the booking date.
6. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person may be required upon request to secure the booking.
7. Final payment must be settled a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the booking. Full payment is required if the booking date is within a two-week period.
8. Minimum guest numbers vary by venue and package. Minimum numbers are detailed within the package descriptions. Minimum numbers may fluctuate dependent on venue availability; Management's decision is final.
9. Each package includes a Cocktail Masterclass and a £5 Free Bet.
10. Additional package inclusions, prices and minimum guest requirements vary by venue and package selected and are detailed within the package descriptions.
11. Food and drink included within a package must be consumed either before or after the Cocktail Masterclass session, as specified at the time of booking.
12. Food and beverage offerings are subject to availability and may be substituted with a comparable alternative at the discretion of Venue Management.
13. Metropolitan Rewards discounts do not apply to Cocktail Masterclass Packages.
14. The £5 Free Bet included within the Cocktail Masterclass Package may be issued either as non-negotiable chips for use on live gaming tables or as a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronic Gaming, at the discretion of the venue.
15. Non-negotiable chips and promotional tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
16. All promotional funds must be fully staked before any winnings can be withdrawn or exchanged.
17. Where non-negotiable chips are issued for use on live gaming tables, the winning element of any payout will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is permitted.
18. Where a promotional ticket is issued for use on Slots or Electronic Gaming, the promotional ticket must be redeemed in accordance with the venue's standard promotional gaming procedures.
19. The £5 Free Bet must be redeemed on the date of the Cocktail Masterclass Experience unless otherwise stated by management.
20. Customers must notify the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
21. Participants are encouraged to drink responsibly. Alcohol will be served in accordance  with licensing laws and management reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
22. Cocktail Masterclass Experiences are provided for entertainment purposes only.
23. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
24. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
26. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
27. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes or promotional benefits.
