Visit any Metropolitan Casino in London between 4th January and 4th February for your chance to enter our free prize draw! One lucky winner will be crowned Casino Royalty and win 1 million Metropolitan Rewards Points, equivalent to £10,000! What a way to start the new year!
Visit one of our participating London venues – Sportsman Casino, Metropolitan Mayfair or Park Lane Club – during the promotion period to collect your entry tickets.
The prize draw will be held at Empire Casino on 4 February 2027.
T&Cs
- The promotion will run from 12pm on 4th January to 8pm on 4th February 2027
- The promotion is open to all Metropolitan Reward card holders, across the following casinos; Sportsman, Park Lane, Mayfair and Empire.
- One complimentary Prize Draw Entry Ticket may be collected per customer, per day of the promotion, from Reception or Guest Services at Sportsman, Park Lane, Mayfair or Empire between 12pm and 11pm. On Thursday, 4 February, ticket collection will close at 7.15pm.
- Each customer may collect a maximum of three Prize Draw Entry Tickets per week throughout the promotion period.
- Entry tickets must contain the participant's name and Metropolitan Rewards Card number where applicable.
- The Promoter will close the tombola 10 minutes before the scheduled draw time at 8pm on 4 February 2027. All valid entries must be received before the closing time. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries received after the closing time, and such entries will not be eligible for the draw.
- A single draw will take place at Empire Casino at 8pm on 4 February 2027.
- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.
- The winner will receive One Million Metropolitan Reward Points equivalent to the value of £10,000.
- The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize.
- Winners will have 2 minutes to claim their prize by presenting their Metropolitan Rewards Card.
- If a prize is not claimed within the specified time, a redraw will take place.
- The tombola will be cleared after the draw.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
- Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in The One Million Points Reward promotional activity.
- Metropolitan Reward Points will be added to each winner’s account within 24 hours, after the draw night. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply for points expiry.
- Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
- Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
- Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
- Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
