Welcome Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 12:00pm to 11:30pm (UK time) and is open exclusively to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders who registered for the first time within the previous 31 days across all Metropolitan Casinos.
  2. Promotion starts on 3rd July 2026 at 12pm and ends at 11.30pm on 25th March 2027.
  3. New registrations older than 31 days prior to the promotion start date will not be eligible for the promotion.
  4. To participate, Metropolitan Rewards Card holders must register at least a day before the start date of the points multiplier promotion. For example, if a customer registers on a Tuesday, they will be eligible to participate from the following Wednesday. Customers who register on the same day that the promotion is running will not be eligible for that day’s promotion.
  5. Double Metropolitan Reward Points will be awarded on all gaming during the promotional period.
  6. Double Metropolitan Reward Points (1 additional point for every one usually earned) will be awarded.
  7. Bonus Metropolitan Reward Points are added automatically during the gaming session and normal Metropolitan Reward Point terms and conditions apply.
  8. Customers must present their Metropolitan Rewards Card prior to playing on gaming tables or ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine for Metropolitan Reward Points to be earned.
  9. Metropolitan Reward Points are automatically issued and cannot be issued retrospectively.
  10. Bonus Metropolitan Reward Points are not included in Tier calculations.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for Metropolitan Rewards Card being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
  12. Where table tracking is applicable, Metropolitan Gaming (MGUK) uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play; however, as a condition of receiving Metropolitan Reward Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Metropolitan Reward Points are granted based on the personal observation of MGUK employees. The determination of MGUK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
  13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

  2. 2,000 Met Points will be credited instantly to all new Metropolitan Rewards cardholders at point of sign-up. 2,000 Met Points is equivalent to £5; this can be used on gaming, food and/or drink redemptions.
  3. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
  4. No cash alternative is available.
  5. Leisure & HVC Monogram Metropolitan Rewards holders are excluded from participating in the promotional activity.

  3. QR code or email must be presented to F&B staff at any Metropolitan Casino with their Metropolitan Rewards Card for redemption via Neon.
  4. Free drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: House beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single measure house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
  5. One voucher per new customer.
  6. Not to be used in conjunction with any other food and drink offers.
  7. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.

  3. Offers are issued exclusively to new Metropolitan cardholders who have enrolled in the programme within the last 30 days.
  4. The voucher QR code or email must be presented for redemption to the F&B staff at any Metropolitan Casino with their Metropolitan Rewards Card.
  5. Food and Drink vouchers to be redeemed at the bar or with the Valet. The free drink can be ordered for one of the following: House beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single measure house spirit and mixer or soft drink. The following areas are excluded for free drinks: Dovetail Bar (Empire), Marco Pierre White (Alea Nottingham), James Martin (Manchester) and Arena (Sportsman).
  6. The food and drink vouchers are not available to be redeemed at James Martin (Manchester), Arena (Sportsman) and Marco Pierre White (Alea Nottingham). Hence, the Player’s Menu at the respective venue bars are to be used.
  7. One voucher per customer, to be redeemed at any single time.
  8. Not to be used in conjunction with any other food and drink offers or discounts.

  1. A free bet voucher is valid from 8th June 2026 on the dates specified in the communication received, to newly registered Metropolitan cardholders only, across all venues.
  2. Vouchers can be redeemed at all Metropolitan Casinos.
  3. The value of each offer is determined based on the customer’s Average Daily Worth (ADW) from the previous day played, calculated from a range of 20% - 30% reinvestment rate, with a minimum value of £15 and a maximum value of £400 per offer.
  4. Offer values will be rounded up to the nearest £5 increment.
  5. Offers will be valid for a 7-day or 14-day redemption period from the date of activation and will expire if not redeemed within that timeframe.
  6. Offers will be sent by email or SMS to the contact details registered to the customer’s Metropolitan Rewards account.
  7. Average Daily Worth (ADW) – shows how much a customer plays on average each day they visit. ADW is an internal calculation based on estimated values and may not reflect actual wins or losses.
  8. A free bet voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
  9. The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  10. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  11. Promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  12. One voucher per person.
