5x Multiplier Metropolitan Reward Points Novomatic Slot Machines Only

1. The promotion period will run from 12.01 am on 7 January 2026 to 11.59pm on 1 March 2026 and is only open to all Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
2. To participate, Metropolitan Rewards Card holders must opt-in on the App between 11am on 10 December and 11.59pm on 4 January. 2026. Once opted-in, customers will receive 5x Metropolitan Reward Points on Novomatic Slot Machines only, during the promotion period.
3. 5x Metropolitan Reward Points will be awarded on Novomatic Slot Machines at Empire, Manchester235 and Alea Nottingham only.
4. 5x Metropolitan Reward Points means 4 additional points for every one usually earned will be awarded per customer.
5. Bonus Metropolitan Reward Points are added automatically during the gaming session and normal Metropolitan Reward Point terms and conditions apply.
6. Customers must ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine for Metropolitan Reward Points to be earned.
7. Metropolitan Reward Points are automatically issued and cannot be issued retrospectively.
8. Bonus Metropolitan Reward Points are not included in Tier calculations.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for Metropolitan Rewards Card being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
14. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
