How to Get Involved
- Play in January – Use your Metropolitan Rewards card every time you play slots, electronic gaming or table games throughout January.
- Earn Met Points – Collect Met Points as usual on your gaming. The more you play, the more Met Points you can earn.
- Enjoy Your Rewards in March 2027 – For every 5,000 Met Points earned during January, you’ll receive a £15 reward offer to redeem in March. A single offer reflecting all your points earned, will be issued as either a gaming offer or shopping voucher.
T&Cs
- The promotion will run from 12pm on 6th January 2027 to 11.45pm on 31st January 2027 at the following participating Metropolitan Casinos: Mayfair, Park Lane and Sportsman and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards card holders.
- The following membership types are eligible for the promotion: Queen, Queen of Spades, King, King of Hearts, King of Spades and Ace.
- From 6 to 31 January, customers will earn a £15 reward for every 5,000 Points accumulated through play on slots, tables or ETG at participating Metropolitan Casinos.
- Rewards: Customers can choose one of the following rewards: a Free Play Offer or a shopping voucher. Only one reward option may be selected.
- Free Play Offer: If the customer selects the Free Play Offer, a single voucher reflecting the total reward value earned will be loaded to their account from 10 March 2027. The voucher will be available for redemption from 10 to 31 March 2027.
- Shopping Voucher: If the customer selects a shopping voucher, one voucher will be issued for use at either Harrods or Selfridges. The minimum voucher value is £15, with a maximum value capped at £500. The voucher will be available for redemption for minimum 30 days. Customers will be contacted by email or SMS with instructions on how to collect their voucher in-venue (date and time will be specified).
- The free play gaming offer can be exchanged at Cash Desk for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
- Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
- One voucher to be redeemed.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
- Leisure Met Card holders and HVC are excluded from this promotion.
- Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
- Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
- Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
