ARABIAN NIGHT MATCH PLAY
1. The promotion will run from Wednesday 18 March to Friday 20 March 2026 and is only open to Queen, King, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
2. Customers can collect their daily Match Play when they visit the Dragon Lounge from 6pm during the promotional period, limited to one offer per customer per day.
3. Upon entry customers must tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, which must then be exchanged with a Customer Relations Executive on duty for a tier-based Match Play offer:
3. a. Queen Card holders - £25 Match Play
3. b. King Card holders - £50 Match Play
3. c. Ace Met Card holders - £100 Match Play
3. d. HVC Monogram Scheme members - £200 Match Play.
4. Match Play is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
5. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
6. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
7. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
8. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
14. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

ARABIAN NIGHT PARTY
1. The event will run on Friday 27 March from 8pm and is only open to Queen, King, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram members.
2. Upon entry, guests must tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, which will act as their prize draw entry.
3. Three Metropolitan Rewards Card based tombola’s will be available in the Dragon Lounge, one for Queen Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, one for King Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, and one for Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders as well as HVC Monogram Scheme Members.
4. One winner will be drawn from each Metropolitan Rewards Card based tombola to win the respective Free Play Prize every draw (9 winners total).
5. The ticket and the customer’s Metropolitan Rewards Card must be presented to a Customer Relations Executive on duty, who will verify the entry and place it into the tombola that correlates to the customers Metropolitan Rewards Card tier.
6. Three prize draws will take place from 3 tombola each for Queen, King, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders and HVC Monogram Scheme Members at 8:30pm, 9pm and 9:30pm respectively.
7. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from each tier-based tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
8. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
9. Entry tickets must be placed into the tombola no later than 10 minutes before the draw.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
11. The tombola will be cleared once the final ticket has been drawn.
12. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Metropolitan Rewards Card discounts do not apply.
13. All draw prize denominations are Metropolitan Rewards Card based, one winner will be drawn from each Metropolitan Rewards Card based tombola every draw to win the following: 13a. Queen Metropolitan Rewards Card Holder - £100 Free Play voucher. 13b. King Metropolitan Rewards Card Holder - £200 Free Play voucher. 13c. Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Holder and HVC Monogram Scheme Members - £300 Free Play voucher.
14. A Free Play voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
15. A Free Play voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
16. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
17. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
18. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
