Terms & Conditions

1. This tournament is only open to:
   
   a. Queen Metropolitan Rewards Card Members with an ADW of £100 or more between 1 January 2025 to 1 August 2025.
   b. All King, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Members & Monogram HVC Scheme members.
   
2. The Blackjack tournament will run in the Dragon Lounge on Friday 15 August 2025.
3. Registration for the tournament will start on the day from 6pm; first round to start from 8.30pm and no entries will be permitted past 9pm.
4. The tournament is free to enter with each guest allowed one entry per tournament per day.
5. Minimum of 1 and maximum of 4 participants per table, maximum of 100 participants per tournament.
6. To enter guests will need to be in the casino and contact the Customer Relations Executive or Gaming Manager who will take them to a designated table to take part in the tournament.
7. Limited to one entry per participant per day.
8. The Blackjack tournament will have the following format:
   
   a. All participants will play 4 hands of the allocated game.
   b. All participants will start each round with £8,000 in tournament chips.
   c. Players will be given two colours, one to represent £100 value chips and the other £1,000 value chips.
   d. Minimum stake per hand is £2,000 in chips. In the event a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they will stake all remaining chips.
   e. Maximum of £10,000 on the box, minimum £100/maximum £500 on each of the side bets, Top 3 bets will be allowed minimum/maximum £100.
   f. Dealer Button will be placed in front of the player on box one who has control of the first decision, the dealer button will then move clockwise from player to player.
   g. Blackjack will be paid at 2 to 1.
   
9. The top 3 scores in the tournaments will win a prize based on win order:
   
   a. 1st Place - £1,000 Free Play
   b. 2nd Place - £750 Free Play
   c. 3rd Place - £250 Free Play
   
10. In the event of a tie, customers who achieved the same score, will be given an option to split the prize between them equally or play a full round of the allocated game, until such time that an outright winner is decided.

12. Free Play can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk and not directly on tables.
13. Free Play can be exchanged for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots and Electronics.
14. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
15. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted
19. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
21. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
22. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

BLACKJACK TOURNAMENT MATCH PLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promotion will run on Monday 18 August 2025 and is only open to qualifying Queen, King, King of Spades, King of Hearts, Ace Metropolitan Rewards members and HVC Monogram Scheme members who attended the Blackjack Tournament on Friday 15 August 2025.
2. Customers can collect their daily Match Play when they visit the Dragon Lounge from 6pm during the promotional period, limited to one offer per customer per day.
3. Upon entry customers must tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, which must then be exchanged with a Customer Relations Executive on duty for a tier-based Match Play offer:
   a.£10 Match Play for Queen Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.
   b.£25 Match Play for King, King of Spades, King of Hearts Metropolitan Rewards Members.
   c.£50 Match Play for Ace Metropolitan Rewards Members.
   d.£100 Match Play for HVC Monogram Scheme members.
4. Match Play is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
5. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
6. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
7. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
8. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
