Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion will run from 1 to 26 December 2025 and is only open to Queen, King, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Members and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
2. Between 1 to 24 December 2025, guests can earn draw entries when a gaming visitation is made with a minimum turnover of £200 on Blackjack, American Roulette, Punto Banco, Three Card Poker Tables or Slots & Electronics.
3. Entries can be earned all day, except for Wednesday 24 December 2025, where entries will be earnable until 11pm to account for Casino closure for Christmas Day.
4. Guests are limited to earn draw entry once per gaming day (7x draw entries earnable maximum per week).
5. All entries earned to be collected at Guest Services.
6. Entries earned must be collected from Guest Services the same gaming day. Unclaimed entries will be forfeited.
7. Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards card is used while playing for the turnover to be tracked correctly.
8. A tombola will be prepared and positioned in the Dragon Lounge throughout the promotional period.
9. The Boxing Day event will commence in the Dragon Lounge on Friday 26 December 2025 from 6pm and is open to Queen, King, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card members and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
10. Upon entry customers will be asked to tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card on the Dragon Lounge Kiosk to print a ticket.
11. The ticket printed must then be presented to a Customer Relations Executive on duty who will exchange it for a complimentary 1x draw entry ticket to drop inside the tombola prior to commencement of the draws.
12. 26 Gifts will be wrapped and positioned under the tree in Dragon Lounge, numbered from 1 to 26, 26 envelopes will also be created numbered 1 to 26 inside.
13. Winners must choose an envelope at random to reveal a number. The numbered prize under the tree corresponding to the envelope number will be the prize the guest wins.
14. Prize draw times and the number of winners drawn is as follows:
    14a. 6.30pm – 8x Winners Drawn
    14b. 7pm – 8x Winners Drawn
    14c. 7.30pm – 10x Winners Drawn
15. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
16. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
17. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
18. Prizes will be as follows:
    18a. 8x luxury gifts (subject to availability): 3x Laurent Perrier Grand Siecle Champagne, 2x Selfridges Hamper, 1x Fortnum and Mason Christmas Hamper, 1x Apple Watch Series 11, 1x £400 John Lewis Gift Card.
    18b. 10 x £100 Free Play
    18c. 4x £250 Free Play
    18d. 3x £500 Free Play.
    18e. 1x £1,000 Free Play.
19. All luxury gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted with another gift of equal value if unavailable.
20. Free Play vouchers can be exchanged at Cash Desk for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics.
21. Promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
22. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
23. Luxury gifts can be redeemed on the day with Customer Relations Executive on duty.
24. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
25. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
26. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
28. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
29. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
