Terms & Conditions

1. The event will run on Friday 7 August 2026 from 8pm.
2. The event is open to Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders and HVC Monogram Scheme Members. Where applicable, customers must meet the qualification criteria detailed in the promotional communication in order to receive an invitation.
3. There are a maximum of 30 places available for the event.
4. Invitations will be allocated on a first come, first served basis unless otherwise stated.
5. Customers must RSVP via email, Whatsapp or in person with a Customer Relations Executive by Friday 7 August.
6. Invitations are non-transferable and may only be used by the invited customer.
7. Ace Metropolitan Rewards card holders will each receive £50 in Free Play and HVC Monogram Scheme members will each receive £100 in Free Play.
8. Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used tables, or for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
9. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
10. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
11. Gaming offers for HVC Monogram Scheme members who have RSVP’d are valid for redemption one week from the event.
12. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion.
18. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
19. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
