Terms & Conditions

1. The event will run on Thursday 17  April 2025 from 8pm and is open to Ace Metropolitan Rewards Members and HVC Monogram Scheme members, limited to 30.
2. Customers will be required to pre-book for the event with a Customer Relations Executive, first come first served basis.
3. Attending Ace customers will each receive £50 in Free Play, attending HVC Monogram Scheme members will each receive £100 in Free Play, limited to one offer per customer.
4. Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used tables, or for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
5. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
6. Attending Ace customers and HVC Monogram Scheme members will each receive £30 F&B voucher valid for use on the date stipulated on the front and can be redeemed anywhere in the Casino with a Food and Beverage attendant. Except ICON (Dovetail)
7. free play and F&B vouchers cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
8. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
9. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
11. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
12. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
